App works well for checking status and updating clients. Everytime I try to view a document attached to the order it crashes.
Support told me I was the only one having these problems. They don't seem to be having a problem charging my credit card

I cannot accept an order or negotiate an order. It doesn't recognize that I have a credit card on file so it doesn't let me proceed with acceptance or negotiations.
Would be a good app if you could send updates. Really disappointing.
I can view my new orders but cannot accept or update my clients.
App works awesome when it works. Then I get dependent on it to communicate with clients. Then it says "unfortunately unable to send messages" or "mercury has stopped working" right at the time I need it most.
Must not be a very important app if they're content to have all statuses and messaging crashing for 2 months.
Won't update status. Defeats purpose of having app.
Making my life easier
I am exciting this app has finally made it's way to the Android platform. I downloaded and starting using it as soon as it was made available. The interface is pretty good, it did crash once already but that could be anything. I was able to update an order in the field and when I got back to the office it was in fact updated on my order. The notification interaction with the smart phone will help but I wonder if you have the option to disable the email notification and text notification which automatically happens when a new order is submitted. I would like to only have notifications come through the app. Suggestion box: ability to upload photos to order, this will allow clients a visual update for trip fee request.
Crashes constantly. Have uninstalled and reinstalled three times.

Love the functionality offered by a la mode, keeps the new work coming in while we're out getting it done with Total for Mobile.

Crashes non stop. It functioned quite well in the early stages, but since A LA MODE sold it....the support is non existent
