If cant send me the transaction receipt to my registered mail even after i told u via email and twitter. And your support told again and again that check inbox,junk,spam. And i told again and again already check every where no bill mails only promotional mail . This kind of service deserve zero start but their is no option .

Worst customer service. The deal mentioned here is not direct you got it via third party and if you have any complaints about it then you are stuck. No one bothers to respond on the mail. And there is no phone no available whom you can complaint. Hence do not trust with your money on this.

I had booked an OLA micro for a 20 km distance and I had applied Tapzo 30% cash back offer that means 30% of the money you will be paying for the distance travelled but according to these fools it means 30 Rs only. I called on there customer care no. but nobody is picking the phone. Worst App

Not replying to my query. It's been 3 Days and they promise 48 hours response. Submitted 4 Emails, Shared Transaction number but no one to reply back. Get ready for some legal actions. I'll make sure that this happens faster than Your Customer service response And don't you people dare to reply this comment stating to drop an Email as all the details have Already been shared

An app that does many. Uber card facility Already set in uber app. When I joined tapzo there is no option to pay the left out money in uber without installing uber app. If I have to install uber, then what is the reason I must keep tapzo?? Other than this functionality no problem in this app. And the other important thing please add OLA Autos.

Worst experience with app. Multiple food orders stuck and no idea where are they? Moreover not getting refund of my own money. No call support available and mail support is at its worst. Worst customer service ever encountered with any online service provider.

My biggest mistake was using your app for a Recharge. Not only you were unable to Recharge but you deducted the money from my account and added that money to tapzo account. I tried again and again for the Recharge but same thing happened. You may call it as refund but I'll call it as stealing money of the customers. Such a ridiculous app.

Every time I recharge my DTH or pay mu mobile bill,there is no notification/transaction message and after 3,4 days I got transaction failed message. Two time I paid penalty{late fee charge and tax } because no proper communication at the time. Stile didn't get proper response from management after sending mails.

whats the use if one can not find all the plans of operators and even cant pay cab charges through this app. i load money into it and all i am getting is stucked.. no refund no any reply from customer care.. i cant give it more than a single star.

First of all they literally are thugs. Their coupons have limited details and when you get cashback it's whole lot a different story. Then I pity their developers for making such worst app which cannot even send an OTP successfully.

Fake Offers. Booked an Uber using there service and was told that will get a 50% cash back but till date nothing has come my way in terms of discount.

not much as touch for Uber booking, just a few clicks, you will enjoy each and every booking service with this tapzo app. it's been one of my top most preferred app in my mobile for booking purpose.

Provide good offers sometimes but overall its very clear that the tend to cheat all the time. Coupon code applied and even a pop up showed of coupon being successfully applied and showing amount of cashback to be recieved but after the transaction it shows no coupon being applied on this transaction.

Be aware it is Worst and fraud service. Never take cab rides from tapzo otherwise you will have to pay double or triple than the actual cost also worst customer service that they won't solve the complaint instead put the blame on consumer. Never believe in their promotions as they're fake or just to lure for future cheating

Please Do not buy gold membership. You will not get cash back even though the gold membership coupon get applied successfully. If you raise a complaint they will reply cash back is successfully peocessed. But you will not get the cash back.If you complain again they will tell last mail communication is not correct and cash back is not applicable.WTH. So you will not get the cash back by applying the GOLD membership coupon. Please do not waste money in buying the membership.

From last 3 days, I am continuously charging my 2 postpaid numbers but each time the transaction is failed and the money is refunded back. Kindly check the issue as m nt able to pay my bills

Emails responses are all computerized as same format response all the time. Tapzo app shows payment under process even after 10 days. No cashback received. Extremely disappointed. This was my first transaction with tapzo and will be the last transaction from this app. I do not recommend this app to anyone. They are cheaters. Don't use this app. PAYTM ever time best. Because I feel cheated by this aap,not only 1st time,this is happen 2nd time with me. It shows some notifications and when doing according to the notification they delete the notification and say that send the snapshot of the message.

Thugs provide you with the coupons codes for cabs claiming to provide you with huge alluring discounts but ola and uber both refuse to provide you the discounts although Tapzo shows the codes are applied successfully. Got cheated multiple times and then both cab operators and tapzo play the blame game...

An order placed on 5 May 2017 still has the status - Payment in progress! This is after debiting the payment from me. Writing to the customer care elicits no response. Uninstalling and not recommending it to anyone.

Worst customer service ever. It takes 10-15 days for them to reply on issues raised by customer. If there is any issue related with Uber/Ola, need to install the app to contact their representative. Should work on providing prompt service.

Previously to gain popularity and cement market presence Tapzo used to provide good cashback discounts even when it was HelpChat and after that. Of late they have stopped everything.One can understand they want to streamline the process. But customer oriented incentives should also be provided.

Best Offers, but worst Debit/Credit Card Payment gateway (PayU). PayU Payment Gateway takes ages to complete. PayU​ hangs most of the Times. You can Do the Same Recharge within seconds on other Apps.

Many of the offers won't work. That's one way to cheat. There is no way to call them, any queries raised won't be replied and you end waiting forever. I am a Tapzo Gold member and they promise to solve issues in 48hrs and haven't heard back since days.

Sometimes it works sometimes it makes u feel irritated...cabs are booked but dnt come smtym v have to order fud but restaurant doesnt confirm and have to wait only buy its ok i like using it fo ipl updats atleast

First impressions : I really like the interface of the app , smooth and responsive. Uber and ola account can be connected to directly access form the app. I can now delete 3-4 apps from the phone because of this app Wish they supported Paytm also , there are many merchants across the city who accept paytm payments , include that it would be great

I never got any referral cash or any cashback also i had written mail and complaints many many many time but these guys never replied . Finally i uinstalled app and i will not recommend it to my 1239 friends on Facebook and various places... sorry tapzo but u lost many of your existing customers

On several times I have applied coupon n i didn't get the the cash back even today I placed an order for and it said rs.300 will cash backed to u when I c it again it say I have not applied any coupon really a bizzare app

This app is Not at all good for booking cabs. Everytime I find one thing that the fare that this app shows is higher by at leaat ₹50 as compared to the fare shown by uber or ola apps. Sometimes it is ₹70-₹100 higher. They are simply befooling by giving some cashback and that is also max of ₹50. I had this experience also that the actual fare comes out to be a lot more than the fare shown by this app before booking the cab. Above all this they have the worst customer support. No one replies to your mails ever. If you want to complaint about something then there is no one you can reach out to. May be you can reach out to them but no one will ever revert you back. *Will prefer not to trust them*
