Zoës Kitchen for Android
Numerous times fails at checkout and asks me to call the store. Also buggy when I don't login before selecting food and have to start over. Camera for receipt upload is upside down. Usually easier to order food through the website.
Can't place an order through the app, it fails every time. Even tried uninstalling/reinstalling. Have to order through the website. What's even the point? Samsung S7 Nougat
This last update keeps taking me to the update your information page. When I fill it out it goes back to the sign in page and the back to the more information page. Also it does not pick up which restaurant I am in.
Upload receipt fails and takes forever to tell you. And app doesn't automatically capitalize first letter of sentence.
My local restaurant said they don't understand the app, it hardly ever works and they have nothing to do with it. Okaaaaay.
The camera embedded in the app is so out of focus, it's impossible to upload receipts
As others have stated, online ordering not working. Otherwise it would be fine.
Required me using GPS at high accuracy to function. Immediate uninstall.

Asks for too much info, just want to sign in and upload a receipt and then tells me to update info with new password and security questions. PITA, be happy you have someone trying to use the app instead of hounding them to update info.
It's soooo slow. You can't save your location, so you have to look it up every time you upload a receipt.. Which leads to WHY?! Why have to take a photo to upload a receipt?? Just put a barcode on the app like every other rewards app out there. Also, I tried 3 times and the photo never uploaded fully. I'm not waiting 30 minutes for this.
The receipt picture function is flawed. It doesn't allow my camera to focus on the receipt, so it's impossible to upload. I use a Google Pixel
New update basically broke the app. Bugs everywhere and you can't even use rewards anymore
This update isn't letting me sign in or upload my receipts. It worked well b4 the update...buggy garb now...smhh
Took away the function to upload our receipt to count towards your awards. Bad move.
Does not work with android software. Version 6.0
Crashes constantly so can't use it to order ahead. Every time I add more than a single item it freezes. Doesn't store order or personal info anyway so u always have to reenter. Easier to just call but then i have to wait for them to make it.
Can't order, can't use a promo code, clear pictures come back as "unable to read" At least I can get a promo and call it in. This app needs a major overhaul. Adds zero convenience. An easy, useful app is necessary for most businesses, especially one of your size.
This app is so frustrating.....I have tried so many times to order through the app and it never works!!!! When I log in, it always doesn't recognize me, yet I can see my account!!! Very frustrating, going to eat somewhere else now!!!
The user experience for placing an order is horrible. When I press the back button, I'm completely kicked out of the app and end up on my home screen. When I have to type in a text box at the bottom of the screen my keyboard hides the typing. When I'm entering my credit card number, the number keyboard doesn't pop up. If I'm in the middle of an order and press back, I end up back on my home screen without the order information being saved. Overall, this app needs some serious user experience upgrades.
My lunch mate can use get app for ios much easier. If you click the contact us option on my galaxy, it won't scroll to get any info. So I can't contact you. It needs an update.
I love Zoes and was really happy to find this app. Downloaded it and ran in to all the problems listed by others. The biggest ones were not running in background (closed twice on me while responding to wife on text), back button can close the app, and the biggest one, when I finally made it that far, was check out. While checking out after putting in my pay information, the app wouldn't scroll down for me to hit the "complete" button. My keyboard was in the way!!
It keeps shutting down on me or restarting itself when I click a button.
The user experience on Android is horrible any time I hit the back button it doesn't take me back to screen it exited the app. Because of that I had to keep changing the order soon enough just got frustrated with trying to reorder and just drove to the damn restaurant.
As many have said, it completely restarts every time you minimize to read a text or answer a call, or if your screen goes to sleep. Is your roommate picking up the order otw from work & texts you a last-minute addition? You can either ignore the text or have fun entering every last item and side and customization all over again! Soooo convenient! Seriously, it's 2016 and you're a widespread chain. This is pathetic. Get it together.
I love this place but the app annoyed me. First time using it I had to reorder twice bc I kept getting calls and my checkout order would clear. This is the only problem I have with it.
You upload receipts and they don't even add your goodie. I've emailed the support team and they don't even respond! If you submit more than one receipt on the same day they tell you you've duplicated receipts and won't add goodie which is the point of the whole app and numerous visits to the store.
App doesn't run in background and reloads if you have to leave and come back. Back button doesn't work as it should and will close the app completely instead of returning to the previous state. There are no options to control notifications. On a positive note, it looks good, uploading a receipt was painless and got a couple goodies already. Haven't had the opportunity to redeem them yet so we'll see how that process goes.

Never had a bad experience. They are all was nice and the app is great too. Good food at times free food. Love it
Camera simply won't focus at times so it's impossible to get a clear pic. If I go to a location far from my house, I can't get that location to come up at all in order to submit my receipt.
I wish the app wouldnt crash everytime I try to place an online order.
Will not let me upload receipts...deleted app from phone.
How can I be logged in, go through selecting an order, and then ask me for login info again...which using same credentials didn't work? Every time you leave the app to get other information (like their website, or info to set up a second account, etc) and go back to the app it completely starts over!! Doesn't save anything, not even allowing to use the location on the phone much less 10 minutes of making an order with the family. Never seen such a screwed up app.
App kept closing every time I received a text message - so doesn't run in the background. Doesn't keep shopping cart when app closes despite being logged in. Worst of all, I can't checkout either by signing in or as a guest. I guess it's useful for getting goodies, but I'm really disappointed.
Mediterranean food at it's BEST. Zoes catered our luncheon and I fell in LOVE! This type of food is just what we needed...will be back for MORE!!! Thanks for coming here.

It's impossible to upload a receipt if you're not in the same vicinity as the restaurant. For ex., I live in one area and visited a restaurant in another. The app only gives you locations in the area where GPS finds you when uploading.
I like the app when it works... but it can be a bit glitchy.

I love Zoes food but this app is horrible. 9 times out of 10 when I upload the photo I get an email saying that it is illegible. But I have a new phone and a great camera. Please fix this at. I am tired of having to scan these on my laptop and email them in her credit.
