Why does it say 399KB but asks for over 120MB of storage off my phone!?

I use to test myself on a language I'm learning. Question thou-where can I find the data files so I can back up my data? (Have to reset my phone & don't want to lose my input)

Generally a good app, however there is a major bug where negative answers (EG: "No" or "0") donot work. They return a null field. Also, a lot of the dialog is in German. English translations please.
