Hanefi Fıkıh Kitabı el-ihtiyar

19 Muharrem 693 (7 Nisan 1284) tarihinde Bağdad`da Hakk’ın rahmetine kavuşan Abdullah b. Mahmûd el-Mavsılî, Ebû Hanîfe mezhebine göre İslâm ibadet ve muamelât (fıkıh) hükümlerini özetlediği bir eser kaleme almış ve adını da El-Muhtar li`l-fetva koymuştu.

İlgilenenlerin ısrarlı talepleri üzerine bunu El-İhtiyar adıyla şerhetti. Diğer mezheblerle farklı bulunan içtihadlara harflerle işaret etti. Muhtasar, açık ifadeli, halkın ihtiyaçlarına göre tercihli ve diğer mezheblere de işaret yoluyla yer vermiş bulunan bu eser çok tutuldu; ders kitabı olarak okundu, üzerinde çeşitli yönlerden çalışmalar yapıldı.

El-îhtiyar gibi eski ve değerli eserler, üzerlerinde iyi çalışıldığı takdirde günümüzde de kullanılır ve ihtiyaçlara cevap verir olacağında şekk yoktur. Ebû Hanîfe mezhebine göre özet halinde fıkhı öğrenmek isteyenler için ise, El-İhtiyar her zaman aranacak bir kaynaktır.

Değerli kardeşlerim bu programı yapmaktaki gayem yaşantımızı Kur`an ve Sünnete göre tanzim etmek, yanlış bildiğimiz bilgileri düzeltmek ve buna vesile olmaktır. Kişinin feraiz-i diniyesini yerine getirebilecek kadar ilim öğrenmesi farzdır.

Mensub olduğumuz meşreb ne olursa olsun, mesleğimizin düsturları bizi Kur'an ve Sünnet'e götürmüyorsa (yani Allah azze ve celle'nin kelamına vasıl etmiyorsa , bizi Rasûlullah sallallahû aleyhi ve sellem'in sünneti ile amel ettirmiyorsa eğer;) bunun sorumlusu yine biziz...

Bizler Edille-i Şer'iyyeyi yani Kitap, Sünnet , İcma-ı Ümmet ve Kıyâs-ı Fukaha yı ne kadar iyi bilsek o kadar Rasûlullah sallallahû aleyhi ve sellemin cadde-i Kübrâsı olan fırka-i naciyesinden olabilme ümidimiz o kadar ziyâde olur...
Yaptığımız Kur’âni derslerde Hadis ve fıkıh okuyarak bu konudaki fiili niyetimizi dua hükmüne getirmemiz lazımdır. Eğer bizim de bu yoldayız diyebilmemiz için fiilen bunu izhâr etmemiz gerekmektedir, yani derslerimizde tefsir fıkıh ve hadis-i şerif okumamız ve bunu tedrisatımıza dâhil etmemiz gerekmektedir. Aksi halde kavl ile kalb bir olmayacaktır…
