This app. dont accept "BITZ" reward at Hollywood Blvd. Location & I complain to manager when I visit on 9/20/16 (2:53pm) and lost a guess that purchase .....

Do away with reward cards and introduce an app, fine. But this app has not once worked on my phone. It keeps loading and never finishes. I've completely lost out on rewards now. Thanks a lot. Stupid! The reward cards worked just fine, but no, you had to make it "better", didn't you? Deleted.

It sucks that the punch cards are no longer being honored. Had rewards on the card and just 2 pretzels away from another just to be told it's not good. All that money gone. Hoping Wetzel's doesn't discontinue the app before I can cash in my rewards.

Installed app, received free welcome pretzel. Employees were super nice. (Northpark in Dallas) I don't see anywhere on app that shows menu. Maybe I'm just a moron. 5 stars when that mythical menu appears.
