Takes multiple try to login and scan receipts
Just downloaded...Doesn't work.
Can't use gift cards on the mobile app, which is a downer. Also, did not recognize my original VIP card and I had to re-apply. Don't see the point in an App just to pay for a bill.
This is the worst way if handling rewards I have seen. Why?
Will not always save the receipts I scan.Takes a day to update and then the scanned codes are only usable for 24 hours so you can't rescan what a scam.
In order to receive VIP rewards, receipt must be entered same day, preferably before paying bill per customer service. Inconvenient. Also unable to scan receipt with my Android.

It took awhile to respond but once they responded to fix the issue to link my account it works just fine. I like the ability to be able to pay by credit card through the phone instead of the server taking my card somewhere. It is much easier to track my VIP points however I had credit for $25 but never got credit for it and I'm coming up on another one.
It doesn't show my available VIP Rewards. I emailed them to link my VIP account to the app, but nothing has been done.

Unable to log in with app, works fine on website
Won't log in my account even though I confirmed using the browser login. Checked card in browser and it says it's no longer active. So what happened to my Rewards?
Never could get points to work, and mobile pay is slow and broken

They told me to use the email account that I use for the online and within 2 hours it would sync up. It's been over a week and it's still saying I have a new card number with none of my previous points

Currently not working for me. Example from earlier tonight: use app to place order, update payment info... arrive at location to use mobile pay and says no profile linked... how does that happen in a mere 30 minutes? Doesn't let me login. Use the "forgot password" link to reset and it tells me the temporary password is incorrect. Huh?!?!? This is not the first time to have an issue with this app.
