Roti Rewards

Horrible App!!!! I updated and lost all of my accumulated points. That is unacceptable!! The previous app was easier to navigate. The method to gain points / rewards should not be confusing for the customer and it is!!! In the past we was able to scan our receipts and now we can no longer do so. If i purchased something with cash and have a receipt i should be able to enter that into the app EASILY and earn my points!

Updated app is terrible. Restaurant menu is unusable. Interface is clunky. Rewards have been devalued. Improving from a system where you had to take a picture of your receipt to get rewards shouldn't have been hard, but this seems like a bug fumble for a long hyped "upgrade".

Where are all of my thousand accumulated points? After updating my points disappeared.

Where are my old points? They have clearly switched to a new platform based on levelup but in the process the old points went poof. They lack basic business integrity.

What happened to my rewards points from the old system?

Terrible interface. I uninstalled it after trying to order.

I can't get the camera to focus using this app so the receipt pictures never come out clear enough.

Snap a receipt is always upside down, and I can't use the rewards unless I'm on Wi-Fi.

This update is asking for Bluetooth permissions. Why would this app need access to Bluetooth? Very suspicious.

The app works well. However, there is room for improvement. There should be a way for users to pay using their phone, or at least get points automatically, by scanning a code into the register.

Snap won't allow me to adjust focus, can't take images of receipts. Kind of defeats the purpose...

I have over 3,000 Roti Rewards but cannot see or use them when on a cellular network. I am only able to see my rewards when on wifi. Contacted Roti rewards support, but they were unable to assist and eventually ignored me. I'm running android on a Sony Xperia Z3.

Refusing to load data from the server unless connected to via WiFi. Using stock Android Lollipop on a Nexus 6 - What a disgrace.

What an odd process First, you need to ask for a receipt to then manually load to your phone... Not very environmentally friendly. I tried to upload 2 receipts, they both looked fine on my phone but got rejected fur brunch blurry.. Waste of time and paper

I uploaded a receipt from the store 2 weeks ago and never got the points. It said declined with no explanation. Then I went again yesterday but forgot to snap from the store so I tried snapping from home and it won't allow it?? I mean what nonsense...every receipt has an address why do we need to snap it from the restaurant only? I love the food but these rewards program is a pain!!!

Their rewards are pretty reasonable, and it's easy to get and redeem rewards. Unfortunately it very much looks like a ported iphone app. Now would be a great time to update to material design, Roti!

The snap receipt function always produces a blurry image and it gets rejected. Even though my phone camera works fine. Simply not worth the bother.

Seems to work, but cannot exit the app by hitting the back button. Also not seeing any settings to turn off notifications.

The main reason to use this app is for the rewards, and the camera always takes blurry photos. Don't have this issue with other apps on my phone so it is an issue with the app. kind if makes the app worthless if you can't submit receipts. Also have to use the home button to quit the app (not the back button). Droid X2.

I could not close the app on my Samsung Galaxy S3 except by going to Task Manager. Don't they have app testing?

I love this place. I usually get the chicken roti sandwich. I love how they stuff it up with veggies and top it off with their awesome spicy and pepper sauce. I find this to be 8 a clean and healthy spot.
