If you order multiple smoothies for one order and use the app, it only gives you 1 visit point! The points system should be based on how many smoothies ordered rather than how many visits.

I would like to use this app but I can't. I like to add red apple to my drink. The app won't let me, I want to order it and pick up an hour later, I can't set time. The only thing for me the app is good for is getting my points

Can't connect to Facebook. From what I've read, that's a known bug on Android. Oh well, I wanted to like it!

Too many permissions needed for a rewards app. Also, when I switched to another window to look at my referral code and then went back to the app, the app refreshed and I could no longer use it. Dumbest app I've ever downloaded

When I switched phones it wouldn't let me login to my old account had 9 drinks already.... had to start all over, what kind of reward is that. Also wanted to much access to phone. Not worth it poorly designed

Spend $5, get one star for your reward. When I spent $200, still only got one star. Make reward based on dollars spent, not visits.

Why can't I pre-load by credit card info? Having to enter my billing information for every order is f'n stupid!

App sucks. Locations seem to be listed in random order... The location closest to me is half way down while locations 30+ miles away are listed at the top. Never saves my credit card... automatically puts a '1' in front of my phone number and than tells me it's invalid.

Doesn't let you use rewards online. I need to correct my phone number everytime I order, because it doesn't recognize a 10 digit number.

Access to location at all times, access to phone storage, access to call logs. Got to be joking. This is a juice app.

It needs access to your location, to be able to make and receive calls, your camera, all your photos and stored files. Are you kidding me?! You're a juice bar.

Not able to add carrot to the green apple detox. Also I check the box to save my credit card for future use but it does not save every time. I am using galaxy S8 plus.

Needs permissions for every bit of your personal info, this shouldnt be necessary. Will not run app if any of these are denied.

It's always telling me to choose between 0 and 1 for splitting the bowl. I don't want to split my bowl it's unusable for me because of that it would let me order without splitting the bowl

Why does it want access to manage my calls and media? No need for any of that when it's supposed to be a rewards based app.

I can't even redeem half the beverages I buy. Pointless app. I don't even want to buy your juice anymore because of the terrible quality of this app. The free juice is a lie

App is constantly seeking location draining the battery. Turned off location services and now the app refuses to even let me use it. It's requiring access to the phone as well which also crashes when I deny. Please fix these security issues with your app!

For a juice bar this app requires an awful lot of access to personal information on my phone. When you build an app that doesn't NEED access to my entire phone, I will give it a try. Otherwise this has been an absurd waste of time. I don't need the "free" juice that bad. Get over it already.

It says my receipt for my purchase is too old to be accepted and it has only been 4 days since I made my purchase.

I have a very inexpensive phone, paid $50 for it in store, the app works and has worked without any issues. (ZTE 828 on MetroPCS in case u wondered.) Not sure what's up with the low reviews. However, if your $600 janky phone is having issues with this app....might be time to take a step back and look at your life lol. Ijs! Xx

App still does not work on Galaxy j3 (2016) boost mobile. Cannot pass initial 5 panel screen to login or register. Cannot use. Punch Ticket#121295 - - - - - - Oh, and why the insane access permissions? Access to my Bluetooth settings? Who has their Bluetooth on all the time, or who is cool with an app turning on your Bluetooth? That's just one permission I'm not cool with. Uninstalled, again. - - - - - - Probably will not be visiting Nekter Juice bar ever again.

It would be great if it had the option to leave commentary for the order, such as the ability to request a shot be added to the juice ordered to save cups. It's tedious to have to call in after every mobile order to ask they put it all together.

Same issue as many others....you can't give the app permissions (android) due to "screen overlay" bug....the suggestion below is appreciated but does not work.

The Mountain Grove Shopping Center, 27511 San Bernardino Ave #220, Highland, CA 92346 location isn't listed. You have to give the app permission to access your media & make calls or it won't work on a Samsung Galaxy S5. Also your $2 discount for signing up for the app has to be used the day you sign up.

Just got Google Pixel and this App runs great. Been getting deals every day too!

U should have a much more reasonable amount of time to redeem an item YOU EARNED for to be FREE.

I hate the new update. App used to be great but now It won't let me add or scan rewards I just earned from receipt or at store. Keeps saying that it can't get location. Not able to add new orders. Please fix or will def delete. Have done all things to rectify problems suggested by app developers and nothing has helped
