Rewards expire very quickly. If you don't use them right away, no email reminders they are just gone. Everything is up to you which is pretty hard to remember compared to other loyalty app programs. You scan receipts after paying so if you forget you are out of luck.

When I scan a new receipt, my "karmma" does not change. I have had 12% for the last 3 receipts I scanned!

We love Mellow Mushroom! We went last night to try and use the app. BAD IDEA! We tried & tried & tried to scan----- wouldn't work! We asked the waitress who told us that the app was no good and it didn't work. We got the appetizer free from the waitress, BUT we couldn't even scan our receipt to get the credit. Not happy at all. The food and drinks are GREAT..... the app HORRIBLE! **** EDIT Sent in an email: "Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently." Sad SAD thing.

The app was poorly created in the first place and mellow mushroom never honors there reward program. Poor business practices. They don't care about you just your money
