Have tried so many times to open the application, nothing, nothing! Just a lousy application! Hmmm! But I love the restaurant and staff!

App isnt fully working, and it is pretty buggy. Scans but doesnt reward. Doesnt show points. Cant even log out.

*(Only the app)- I tried scanning the barcode, I tried entering the code, it says, "sorry, try again in a few minutes". After awhile, I still can't redeem my points. Tried the next day, USELESS, because you only can redeem points from the same day you dined in.

Neither the QR code or the manually entered code works.

The god damn app is not working!

Redeem Codes Scan or Enter..NOPE! Never works..they have the best Happy hours at the bar,lunch time ,Mondays and Wednesdays...so many receipts that the code won't read ,just goes in the garbage..What's the use of having a app collecting in my personal data for nothing?..What is the app for if others besides myself are having the same problems with app..all of us having the same issue and not I the state?..hmm Even though I love the restaurant, this app is a mess

Used to work. But in the last 4 months that I've tried to redeem my points, the app works fine up until the "redeem" part to get the promo code. I can go through the app just fine but whether on the gyu kaku wifi, Shaw open, or using my data, it just doesn't want to complete the action!! There is a loading screen and it doesn't give promo code even after 20 minutes. Even the managers at the restaurant don't know what to do about it. I don't want to risk losing my points by reinstalling the app either.

The app didn't work when I try to scan or put the code number. Its said the code number is expired by the end of the day. I did send the email, but no respon. So I don't know if my receipt would still be working for the points (I hope it does) since its a day after I went there. I still want my points!

I've gotten so many free items with this app. I'm going to use my $25 Off soon. App has worked just fine for me on my Galaxy S6.

I'm a regular at the East Village location, but almost never get credits because they have VERY weak signal at the tables & no WiFi. So you have to leave the premises & remember to take the itemized bill with you & enter the data within 24 hours or you're out of luck. I have a life, so I'm not sitting at home entering codes every day. It's one thing if I can do it while still at the table waiting for my card to come back, etc. But don't burden me with a super-short deadline for doing it at home.

I went to a local restaurant of theirs, scanned my recipe for my points and thought that was that. Turns out the next time i went in my points never showed up. I then inputted that nights recipe also and still nothing. I emailed them and got a prompt response and got it all cleared up. I cant give it a 5 for issues noted, but i cant give it a bad review because they are working hard to make this work.

Unable to redeem points because app refuses to work. Uninstalled and reinstalled twice, and still didn't work!

Great restaurant, but poor buggy app!! The app will not work unless you have Wi-Fi. I even tried setting up a portable hot-spot with my wife's phone, but still no luck. Fix this issue please!!!!

New update removed profile, had to go through the buggy sign-up process again.Most important, THEY REMOVED THE DISCOUNT PERK, that's right points just convert to tiny plates of food. No more cash discount on meal,not cool!

They got rid of their card system and switched to this app....I can't even log in its soo glitchy plus they got rid of the 25 dollar reward....I'm aggravated to say the least

They no longer have the $25 off your bill for 500 points. This was the only substantial benefit. As silly as it sounds; It was a motivator that kept me coming back.

WORST APP EVER. GLITCHY LIKE NO OTHER. Points just went missing after logging off like suggested by tech support to refresh app after an issue last week, and from what im reading the one good reward is gone? BOO on Gyu

I LOVE GYU KAKU! I referred a friend and they did not get the 25 point when they put in my promo code into the sign up with email page. Promo code mb8wa

App is slow, not the most user friendly, fill with bugs (e.g. not way to enter code from bill to earn points). Too many layers and tabs to find what you are looking for. Only request why I installed was the promotion offered for installation

Horrible app. I have enough points to redeem and get 25 dollars off but couldn't redeem at the restaurant. This app keeps looping and returning to the list of items we can get as rewards. Waiter there had no clue what to do as we cant use our member card anymore. Fix this i give us the option to use our member card again.

Great restaurant but do you really need your own app? What a waste of money...

This app is a great idea. The only problem is you have to make sure you enter the code in the app by the end of the day. Why is there a time limit? We spent our money its the same thing.
