Loved the old app worked great but this new one won't allow me to scan the bar code. I can't find any buttons that scan the bar code nor does the help, faqs, or tutorials tell you where the button is located. I hit send a message and I get an error. I never rate apps but will make an exception for this because I loved it since I got rewarded constantly but now I get nothing and I practically live at fuzzy's.

Was working fine. Earned a free platter, but can't use it because the app is stuck on those intro pages. Cleared the cache. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Very disappointed, and I can not find a way to access my account online, either.

The old app was so much better! You could get something every time you went when you had enough points. This app is different and not worth it.

There's a major glitch in this app. I have a Samsung edge & everytime i open this app, an oval starts at the bottom right corner then expands until it covers the whole screen, deeming the app useless.

I haven't had any issues with the new app. I've already earned $10 off and used it.

App works fine. Points transferred fine. Redemption of rewards fine. Scans receipts fine. Note 5.

Does not let you scan receipts which is basically the whole point.

Getting a clear picture of a receipt for the rewards is very difficult. Secondly, I purposefully left off the bottom of the receipt in the picture. It contains only payment information, and should never be necessary to share via an app or necessary to prove the receipt is real. I realize payment info is mostly masked but still not necessary or a safe practice. Receipts should contain a uniquely generated number for a patron to text it too or enter in the app. Example, Gator's restaurant.

I used to use it all the time. Now it says I need to chance my privacy settings on my fb account to allow it to see my email in order to work but even when I double checked that it still isn't working.

Picture is clear in preview before I submit it. Yet the one they receive is distorted and impossible to read. This is not a one time problem but has been going on and on for a long time and they do not address it I assume so they can short customers on rewards.

Love the food and drinks there, but the app sucks!!! I submit receipts which are crystal clear 21MP images. But each one is denied due to poor image quality. When I look at the email with image attachment, yeah, it's scaled down Soo badly that it looks like dot matrix... WTH?!

App hasn't been able to read a receipt I take a picture of for sometime.. I enjoy the food but this app doesn't seem to work for Android users.. Fix the camera issue and would be a better app experience..

Used to love it, but now will not let me login to add receipts or use points. Have reported several times but no success in fixing the problem.

The sole purpose of this app is to get rewards points, and I have yet to get a single reward; it's useless. The preview of my receipt looks fine, but it always ends up completely fuzzy, pardon the pun, when I get the email back telling me they couldn't read my receipt.

Was working and after the last update, now can't get past the intro pages. Uninstalled and installed with no success, uninstalled and will not install again.

I'm so glad they fixed the receipt capture. The picture is crystal clear now, and the rewards are awesome.

Obviously designed with an Apple style UI kit. Camera doesn't work correctly with Nexus 5X. Hasn't been updated in almost a year.

When I try to snap a pic of my receipt, it will not focus. My camera works fine, so that's not it. I wind up having to email my receipts to customer service with a pic attached. Other than that, the app is fine. Problem is, it's been this way for quite some time.

I would give this app 0 stars if I could. I sent a receipt in and now I can't get anything to load. Also the free drink code disappeared because my phone went to sleep, not because the code expired.

I only downloaded it to do the points to get one shirt but this thing was programmed by a child! the camera will be blurry you get it readable click to take the picture and blurs the whole thing out and then provides no preview like it should so your left to submit them not knowing and EVERY submission thus gets denied my camera works perfect in every other application I'm bout done going there and with this app as I have spent over enough for a shirt yet can't get it!

No freakin pics of any of the food. Probably not gonna waste time going in just to see how good things look. Fail!

Cannot access points or snap a receipt anymore. Each feature does not load. It simply keeps showing that it is loading but never does. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and now I can't even log in!

Not sure what's going on but it worked fine up until about a week ago and then first, locations disappeared off the list and now it won't do anything...it just says "loading" but never does. I even tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app and still didn't work. I can't see or use the points I have built up....frustrating!

It was working fine till I updated , now can't see rewards I had saved up.

Would love to be able to use this app but I can't even sign up for rewards! Just says loading!

It takes pictures upside down. It's such a pain in the ass trying to line up the receipt when the axes are inverted...

Eveytime i play the game, an unexpected error occurs.

I'm a regular for Tuesday night trivia and this app has netted me a good deal of free food over the years

Excellent way to get free stuff

Worked great on the S3 and the S5. SAD NOW with the S6. :-( CAN'T TAKE CLEAR PICTURES! This has been an issue now for at least 4 months and I've been patient and thought they would fix it. You can still email your receipts and they will give you points. Love everything else about Fuzzy's but this app is pretty much useless.

Worked on old phone, got a new s6 and won't focus. They also do not respond to emails when you send receipts manually. Been like this for over 6 months. Have sent several emails and no response. Don't waste time

I have an HTC One M9 and can't submit receipts. I always receive rejection emails that the images are blurry. They look great on my screen but the Preview option apparently doesn't function properly. The game is addicting but if I can't earn points as advertised, the app is gonna have to go. 1/14/2016 UPDATE: changing my rating to 1 star as the app still rejects my receipts. (Wish I could give it a big fat ZERO!)

Fuzzy's is the most amazing restaurant ever and I go there all the time! I love fuzzies! However the app sucks. My pictures never come out and I always get an email saying that the receipts were too blurry. Which sucks for me because I go there at least 4 times a week

Just downloaded this app to take pictures of receipts for rewards. The camera will not focus my camera to let me take a picture. Everywhere I point the phone, the picture is extremely blurry. Any other app I try, including the camera app itself is auto-focusing the camera just fine. Using an LG G4.

My Moto X wouldn't work at all - camera image is black. Bummer, I've gotten two t-shirts because I eat at Fuzzy's all the time. Update: someone stole my Moto X, and the new phone works fine. I'm back in the Fuzzy's T-shirt game!

Camera in app hasn't focused for months now! So every time I upload a receipt for points, I receive an email that it was rejected because it can't be read. Every time I reply with the issue about the camera, they give me my points, and can all of a sudden read the receipt well enough to see the amount. So frustrating!
