Firehouse Subs App

Had to contact support just get into my account. Can't remember password or security answer to question...geez its just a sandwich. Waiting to hear back.

I didn't get my free sub reward for my birthday. You suck!!!!!!

I spent way too much time installing, creating a login, adding my cc, adding an order, and submitting for it to tell me something to the effect of "having trouble completing order, call store to complete order".

Great food!--Awful app. I've registered three times and it won't remember me. Uninstalling it now.

App barely works and lags so badly it isn't even worth the effort of trying to use it.

It's junk, doesn't work and has no pay at pickup option, just junk

Game is ridiculously hard!! I only can get 3 points then die.

Great app, but the camera will never focus to take a picture of a recipe.

App works great and with traveling with work it's great way to find a Firehouse Sub close to me.

Sandwiches are super. App is super duper slow.

You can only pay by card, no pay in store option

Every time I try to log in it says password error. Then when I try to reset my password it give another error. I have created 3 accounts now and none will let me log in!

The app is alright, but making every reward require you to purchase something in order to receive your reward excludes single people like myself who very rarely split a bill with somebody else. Change the rewards!

Rate the app not the food (these reviews are for the app).....yes everyone agrees that the food is good but the app sucks. I put in a order it doesnt go through. No option to add more toppings. I have to select a store every time (should save my choice) there are way too many problems with this app to keep.

App never works. Try to reset password and something is always wrong and I have to try again later.

At first it was great app but don't ever upgrade your phone and forget your password or say goodbye to your points

App was decent. I placed a large order for 12 people and everything came out correct. However, I never saw broccoli cheese soup on the app even though it shows online. Plus, the rewards is pretty cheap. It takes well over a $100 order to even get one measly sub and you still have to purchase something

Love the app however I haven't been able to reset forgotten password, its telling me my mother maiden name is incorrect. Really, who forgets there mother's maiden name.

Can't simply scan a QR code for loyalty program. Can't use gift cards as payment in app. Good for tracking rewards.

Wouldn't let me place an order. So pointless!

This app is a decent rewards app. I really like the ability to calculate the nutrition directly in the app.

The app kicks you off and there's no way to fix it. I have entered the correct information multiple times, but it still won't allow me to get into my app. I wanted the place to email me or send me a text so I can reset my password and it won't do it, I've tried to get ahold of the Firehouse Sub people to have them help me correct it and there is no such thing..

Tried to place an order when leaving work. When I tried to get the final price, it kept "removing" items that are "no longer available" and my cart would suddeny be empty. I was ordering a large brisket on white with a large chip combo! After 3 tries, I closed out then tried to order a different sub, and got a different message that my order couldn't be submitted. I gave up and just ordered in person at the store. Thankfully they weren't as busy tonight. One employee said some other customers had also recently complained about problems about the app.

The app always gives an error message when trying to order anything at all and says to contact support. I wasted way too much of my life trying to help them fix it. Support tech says the error is the store's fault. The store manager says the error is the tech people's fault. So the result is that this app does absolutely nothing.

This app is complete garbage. Their entire rewards program is a joke. If you forget your password it takes 20+ minutes for them to email you. If you forget to put in number when ordering they will never accept pic of receipt. Complete trash!!!
