Companies Act, 2013 with rules

Updates button not working, with remarks;"unfortunately companies act 2013 with rules has stopped"After no.of re-installs no result.

Need to update some changes are are made in companies act like "or manager" now in use "and manger" in some rule and sections plz update them

It is a very useful and easy to use app. Other apps which is presently available in the market asking for e-mail address (maybe for promotion purpose) but it isn't. 'Update' option is not working. Need some technical improvements but overall experience is very good.

Helps a lot in my IPCC studies.using this app continuously frm 5+ months thanx fr dis app.

The details are proper, correct and easy to find no confusions.. Only one small suggestions which would make the app, the best would be the app should also include summary of notified sections.

The new system of providing the month of the alert is helpful to make note of the changes in the Companies Act provisions.

Kindly update it with companies amendments act 2015, and any other updates. E.g. Sec.123 prvs 4 inserted.

All provisions are not there..its incomplete! Plus amendments and latest circulars cannot be seen..

Can u update the app with companies (amendment) act 2015

but it needs more updates for amendments rules 2015-2016.except this its an usefull app.

Hello developer. I have been using this app very much these days. It's really helpful. But everytime I need to read a section along with d related rules, I have to keep getting back upto d home page. Please add the feature of directly shifting to related rules asap. Apart from this, awesome. Cheers!

Would be great if a highlighter function was added so we could highlight important words. Otherwise pretty cool layout.
