Per collegarsi alla rete WiFi dei treni alta velocità delle Ferrovie dello Stato (Frecciarossa e Frecciargento) bisogna abilitare il Wi-Fi, accedere alla rete "WiFi Frecciarossa" oppure "WiFi Frecciargento", aprire un sito web qualsiasi, attendere di essere reindirizzati ad una pagina di accesso, chiedere di ricevere un SMS per i dati di accesso, attendere l'arrivo dell'SMS, copiare/incollare questi dati in un form e infine loggarsi...

Sui treni Frecciarossa e Frecciargento puoi navigare gratuitamente in Internet col tuo PC, Tablet o Smartphone. Il servizio, offerto in collaborazione con Telecomitalia, è accessibile in modalità wifi dal portale di bordo.

Come accedere a Internet
Collegati alla rete Wifi Frecciarossa/Frecciargento
Lancia il browser internet, digita un qualsiasi indirizzo e visualizzerai direttamente la home page del portale.
All'interno della sezione "Accesso WIFI (sezione centrale della home page) scegli la modalità con la quale ottenere i codici d'accesso.

Come ottenere i codici d'accesso
Gratuitamente via sms fornendo il proprio numero di cellulare.
Con i codici di accesso potrai navigare durante le successive 24 ore (a partire dalla prima connessione) su qualsiasi treno Frecciarossa e Frecciargento. Nel corso delle 24 ore di validità, potrai utilizzare più volte le stesse credenziali, anche su treni diversi; per questo motivo, ricordati di non cancellare l’SMS fino alla scadenza.

Per avviare la navigazione digita un qualsiasi indirizzo internet.
Come configurare la WIFI
1. per prima cosa attiva il Wi-fi del tuo computer portatile (o altri dispositivi wifi).
2. nel pannello di gestione della rete Wi-Fi seleziona la rete "WiFi Frecciarossa/Frecciargento" dall’elenco delle connessioni disponibili.
3. qualora sia selezionato il Proxy, disabilitalo (per farlo è sufficiente aprire il browser ed andare su Strumenti> Opzioni> Impostazioni di rete).

Se non riesci a navigare
Verifica che il terminale in uso riceva correttamente il segnale WiFi
Assicurati che il tuo browser supporti la crittografia 128bit (i più recenti programmi di navigazione Internet già supportano nativamente tale modalità che rende sicure le transazioni bancarie)
Verifica che eventuali configurazioni Proxy siano disabilitate sul browser di navigazione
Verifica che i parametri TCP/IP (indirizzo IP e DNS) siano impostati in modalità automatica.

On Frecciarossa and Frecciargento can surf for free on the Internet with your PC, tablet or smartphone. The service, offered in partnership with Telecomitalia, is available in wireless mode from the board portal.

How to access the Internet
Connected to the network Wifi Frecciarossa / Frecciargento
Launches Internet browser, type in any address and will see directly the portal home page.
Within the section "Access WIFI (middle section of the home page) choose the way in which to get the access codes.

How to get the access codes
Free sms providing your mobile number.
With the access codes you can surf during the next 24 hours (starting from the first connection) on any train and Frecciarossa Frecciargento. During the 24 hours of validity, you can use the same credentials multiple times, even on different trains; for this reason, remember not to delete the SMS to maturity.

To start browsing type any web address.
How to set the WIFI
1. first activate the Wi-Fi for your laptop (or other wireless devices).
2. the management panel of Wi-Fi network select the "WiFi Frecciarossa / Frecciargento" from the list of available connections.
3. if it is selected Proxy, disable it (to do this, simply open your browser and go to Tools> Options> Network Settings).

If you can not navigate
Verify that your terminal is receiving correctly WiFi
Make sure your browser supports 128-bit encryption (the most recent web browsers Internet already natively support this mode that secures banking transactions)
Make sure that any proxy configurations are disabled on the web browser
Verify that the TCP / IP parameters (IP address and DNS) are set in automatic mode.
