This app hasn't opened since the last 2 months. Says something went wrong everytime I try opening. Even tried reinstalling. Didn't work

App has bug. Can not confirm address. But moreover service is bad. 90 minutes crossed, but no update has been sent to us. One of their staff did not want to wait for 5 - minutes in an emergency situation. I am very sorry to say my opinions. But this is the truth.

Wish I could give it a zero star. If I have to get the food myself then what is the point and if I have to order from the PC why make the mobile application?

Took more than 2 hours to deliver

I placed an order. Couldn't deliver the order and also didn't gave me the refund. I am wondering if they have any inbound calls in their call center, called 10 times, they didn't pick. Emailed them also, didn't found any reply.

The worst app I have ever used I had to wait 2 freaking hours before a call came saying they had to cancel the order and really had the worst experience

If i search for takeout they donot show, but if I order through google chrome then I can, then what is the use of having this app?

Really unprofessional....took the order and rejected after 30 min...obnoxious behaviour.

Service is not available in several locations but they kept them on their website and app.

Ordered at 4pm. 7:40pm is the time now. Still didn't got the food.

Terrible service

Whenever try to order food, somehow delay delivery or call will sorry sir they could not deliver to mohammadpur now .

This is a great way to order food from mobile. It eliminates the steps like leaving your bed, starting your pc, typing the address bar etc perfectly which is of course a plus for lazy bum like me. The times I have used their services they were consistent and good. The app however crashes sometimes but it's not that frequent either. The only thing I dearly miss from the web version is the option to toggle "do not call me to confirm my order". I love this option. There are times when I feel socially awkward and do not want any human interaction and just want to eat a pizza alone in my room thinking about....something? Anyway please make it happen. For socially awkward people like me... Pretty please?

This app and its company is a complete disaster. They have absolute no sense of time, food or business. They states that they will deliver within an hour. But unable to do so even after two hours. Food is always delivered cold and after a very long time after the order. Its bad, very, very bad. Strongly recommending not to do business with them.

I'm very disappointed at the web version of this App. Guys please improve your service. I was a regular user and now I'm forced to shift to FoodPanda

Service only available in new Dhaka.. what about the Old Dhaka?? :/ several year past.. but no improvement about this.. very disappointing!

App is terrible, doesn't tell you how long is left for your food to arrive. Says 90 minutes, but it's been 120 minutes and the food still isn't here. There's no way to contact them directly (just some call center voices which say that they'll call you back). Thus, this review. If I wanted to have dinner, I wouldn't have ordered it at 6:30pm. :)

The app is really good but the service seems to me costly for single person order when I am ordering from a very nearby place where I am living. They delivered the food timely but I wasn't quite sure it came from the same restaurant I ordered from.

I used this app to order food & i am satisfied with the service. I liked it!

App can't do proper location check. Showed me restaurants within range and then when I placed the order they took forever to investigate and tell me they can't deliver. :(

I was ordered hydrabadi mutton briyni form Handi indian bistro form hungrynaki when I got the food me and my friend was tested it my friend told me this is not handi's hydranadi briyni(my friend alreday tried this briyni) then he told me check the food packet when I checked it the food packet has no name then we understand hungrynaki was cheated me and they delivered any where cheapest food.

Please give food items detail with in the menu of set meals.. and if possible add pic
