VMware Workspace ONE for Android
It is amazing.
Great App
Awesome
Perfect
If this app crashes for you, try your IT administrator. I just installed the app on my Samsung Galaxy S8+. I launched it, entered my corporate email address and was then prompted for my RSA token. Once I entered the token, I got an Error 2 after a few seconds. I hit Retry and got another error, prompting me to try later or contact my IT admin. Instead, I merely hit the Back button and this time the page loaded fine. I saw all the apps I do when I'm on the corporate VPN and login to them with SSO just as I would from my laptop. Works great!
On new android 8.0, cannot quit the app. Only way to kill it. This result in login and prepared again.
So far as I can tell all this app can do is display log in errors with the code: -39
Doesn't work on my galaxy s8 plus, which could be due to the latest android os or the device compatibility.
Fragile and unusable
It won't work unless you give it permission to make phone calls.
This app constantly crashes on S8. Literally useless app
The greatest app in the world!!
Excellent, access all your office work anywhere without remembering tons of passwords.
I tried this app on a Blackberry KEYone and an LG V20, and both are coming up as "Root Detected" even though they are both brand new and unmodified phones. Rather than hastily submit a 1-star review, I decided to email the developer asking for assistance. That was two weeks ago, and I've yet to receive anything... even an acknowledgement that they received my message. It's too bad... This app looks promising. I guess it's back to "Good" for me.
I'm quite familiar with WS1 but since updating to an S8 the app will not start. It throws an error referencing what I guess is an AfW function (badged app) and exits
please fix ws1 on galaxy s8.
Rooted my ass
Doesnt work within Knox or Secure Folder - that's quite a big problem since it would defeat the purpose of using Knox and WS1
Awesome corporate application!
My phone doesn't root, but I received message when typing email
Device is detected as rooted, this phone does not have root, but does have a custom recovery. AOSP was loaded on phone to maintain latest features and security, SU was explicitly left off the install. Not sure how application determines root but it is flawed. Additionally, should this not be an administrator decision not a decision made at execution time on the application? Does not appear this app is ready for consumption by the masses at this time.
Android support is now possible. The need to authenticate again after entering pin seems that it does not keep alive for the 2FA authentication after x period.
Great app .
Single container for all the enterprise apps with features like sso, entitlement and support for native apps.
I use this everyday for work across a few different devices and having one experience is exactly what I want and breaks my dependency on a single corporate issued device.
I have tried many but this is the best.
Security and productivity at your fingertips across any device.
Makes work easier
Meaning for business mobility
It just works
This is where I access my corporate apps from nowadays. Would not want to go back to the old days, I use my phone a lot more now for business purposes.
Very smart and powerful application for accessing everything from mobile.
Fantastic!!
Awesome!
Need quick access to a spreadsheet, or an internal website ! Love it no laptop and VPN needed for those quick mundane tasks when a tablet will do just fine.
Workspace is important to log in to my VPN and get work done. No more RSA pass codes. Thank you VMware.
Super. All my office apps at one place.
SSO all the way!
One true solution

This is the second LG device (G5 and V30), from two different carriers, on which Workspace One has erroneously detected root. Get this bug fixed, please, VMware. It's unacceptable to false-positive on flagship devices from a major vendor like this. When this is the first app I install on a new-from-the-factory device, it's not hiding a rootkit, and I didn't root either of the two LGs like I did all my previous Androids.
