Doesn't work. Phoned SSE who say they haven't got an app, this one's no longer compatible. Backwards step as they give you a discount for paperless billing. Will be shopping around now

Unlike using the website, the app doesn't remember your login details or password. Otherwise is identical to the website. As an app it's completely pointless - the website is better.

Never remembers my user details, the only app that I have to keep re-entering them. I always have to select how I pay so I'm taken to the right section - should be an auto setting. Firmus system of sending your meter reading by responding to a text is much simpler!

This app is pure phish haven't been able to send in meter readings ever just goes to you are subscribed to meter readings and then no further have emailed in readings in the past but have never got any confirmation that they have been received it also says my last payment was made in January 2016

SSE won't read this comment anyway. Might as well delete. Takes up memory. Use bookmark instead. STILL Doesn't remember my log in details even though I tick the BOX. No responses. Have to keep looking pw etc up. Will delete if no improvement

Pretty poor and useless, i don have the issue others have with not remembering power card number. My gripe is that it doesnt remember last used payment card. It redirects to the web site and you have to enter card details each time. Pointless. Sort this out SSE, instead of buying ice rinks and spend the money on a decent app.

To be brutally honest this app is useless, I am on it these past two years and still not able to send in meter readings. They tell me that "currently" it is not available to me. I have been in contact via email with customer service but they have proved useless as well. I would not recommend it because of the above.

Ahhhhggghhhhh! How can you get a simple app so wrong! It wouldn't let me sign in with my pc signing on details and wouldn't take my account numbers and what does 'airtricity' mean? Please employ an App Technician who knows what to do to make this simple app do it's job! Pathetic effort SSE!!

New customer and hugely disappointed with this app. Would not have transferred my business from Power NI if I had been told Airtricity's app was this shoddy. Unable to even log in to make a purchase. 10 digit card code they provide me is apparently incorrect on the app even though I've just used it in Supervalua. Not a good advertisement for this company's reliability. Either this gets sorted or I'm pulling my business

I do not expect to use a different username and password between the app and the desktop site to do the same thing, which for me is mostly to submit meter readings. On installation and attempted use of this app, I was provided with a message telling me that my login details don't match. Don't match what? My desktop login details? I can assure you they do, because I purposely tried to login on the non-mobile site immediately and logged in fine.

When u press home button goes into a error state. Also constantly forgets you. Other than that is good! Still same do you care! Only 50 thousand downloads ain't got time for me!

Never stays logged on. No proper contact page to query your account. Wouldn't expect anything less from this company. They are very aggressive looking for payments even from customers who have never paid late or missed a payment. As also are their equally pushy and aggressive door to door sales people. I'll be moving to Electric Ireland, never again with this lot even if it was free.

Stopped working after the last update, does not accept login and the remember me function is useless as I've to login every time I use the app. The website doesn't work either as I can't update my password. Waste of time
