Don't load your money in airtel Money. I lost 8,000 rupees using load money app feature.They are providing fake features like insurance bill payments.. CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE WILL NOT RESPOND regarding money ISSUES . THERE IS NO ZERO Option available so I'm giving 1

I formatted my phone and later Again installed. Later there wallet amount is showing zero balance may 400+ rupees gone frnds plz don't use it. I complained regarding this but there is no use 10 days over.

Your airtel internet is very bad experience. I will try to open my website and its automatically transferred to one.airtel... Its very bed policy. We have recharge our a/c to open websites not downloading your app. This problems is regularly.

Really waste of spending time nd money in downloading this app not at all useful!! ALL THE TIME ITS SHOWS EROR WHILE APPLYING CODE OR MAKING PAYMENT. NOT AT ALL USEFUL. COMPARING THO OTHER APP THIS IS WORST APP:(

Pathetic app. How can anyone create a payment app like this. 1st it give me connectivity on even if am on WiFi whereas i can access everything else on it. 2nd if you use 3g(of Airtel which which is big issue as always), when i try to connect netbanking to load money it shows page not found 404. Don't you even do a Quality testing??? So low performance. Low quality, low performance, Am in big doubt for security too now...

Please grow up you airtel people. I have tried to use it for 3-4 times honestly but getting disappointed. Now while making payment of idea postpaid, your app is only one name "Airtel" in operator list !! Do you think airtel is the only operator in the world? Fix it please. Unfortunately I have credited airtel wallet so I can't unistall it right now. Once balance is utilized, I will throw this app out of my mobile. God bless you. And stop working like a typical government organisation.

Can't even load money into my stupid account.. tried so many times.. always blames d bank.. wen bfr it cud load money easily wid the same bank n card. The problem is wid Airtel.. same problem for so many days.. n dey not yet fixed it.. such a big brand wid pathetic developers..!!! And plz open connections to Jio ..!! Atleast allow us to use other n/w s in peace if u can't provide d same! money minded business minded and heartless ppl at Airtel!! Pathetic!

Always says "Unable to contact server". really disappointed on my first use just now. Too slow and long processing time. Want to be alternate to Paytm you guys need to upgrade and monitor and make app and your servers robust and I am using broadband connection over wifi still there is problem! and paytm working smoothly. Shame on you guys.

I lost my 450rs due to this app. How can one such irresponsible, who take money, but can't return, can't recharge. I am not going to tolerate it. Airtel has to pay big chunk of money for that. I am furious. I am sharing my experience in all forms of social media

We all use this app because it is the only place where we can get deals for airtel. But from the last 3 recharges or bill payment whenever i apply coupons and then proceed at the end moment the app says session expired and when i reapply the coupon the second time it says the coupin has been already used. I only use this app because other popular apps desent gives any deals for airtel because of their own app. Dont use this app use other apps as you wont get deals here too. Waste of time.

I use 2 postpaid cards from 4 years. I recently upgrade with 4G phone. After that i called to customer care for any good scheme for me in 4G. But she told me that you were not use the 3G service, so you are not eligible for any cheap 4G plan. So i bought RJio. Now i get very nice service from Jio in free of cost. So i am going to change my airtel postpaid to airtel prepaid and will use airtel as incoming service only. It's really tough decision to beside the airtel. Bye bye Airtel

Though i have been registered since more than 2yrs, it says "you have not been registered" whenever I click for transaction history or payment. And weird is, itself shows me my credit balance though. totally "abhjhbhtdsbm"

It's the poorest app, it shows 5% cashback is available on electricity bill payment using code cash5 but this code doesn't apply. I'm never gonna use this aap if such issues but resolved.

I could not see the wallet cash being updated post loading cash and getting the txn id.....as well as any cash back....can someone responsible pls contact me to resolve...

Too Bad ... nothing free on airtel sim ... now you attached 5gb night offer with 258rs 3g pack ... because you just want money money ... i think now airtel time gone .. who always used your sim in last 5-10years now they give up include me ... because you cheat your user ... your high price 3g data is wrost .. beacuse jio provide free ... so grow up airtel ... otherwise after 1-2year i don't think anyone know about your sim.. hope you understand

Maine 1 times airtel money k liye register kiya aur airtel money ka balance bhi dala, aur woh deactivate ho gya maine firse register kiya aur firse airtel money ka balance dala aur firse woh deactivate ho gya. Mera total 600 rupees ka loss ho gya hai, customer care ko phone kiya to unhone mail krne ko kha maine mail bhi kiya firbhi kuch nahi hua. Mai aap sbse request krta hu ki krupa krke airtel money use Mt kijiye ye paise ki loot krte hai. 000000 star deta hua mai airtel money ko. Glti se 1 star de diya

I installed and loaded 3000/-. Tried paying few bills and it failed. Tried using coupon and gave one or other error messages. After trying 10 times, sent an email to customer care explaining everything. They simply closed the case by stating to send screenshot of error messages. I tried few months and uninstalled post bitter experience. I tried again now and same experience. Do not recommend this app.

I was trying to pay bill of my airtel no. But this is worst app. It shows the transaction could not be processed as credit is not permitted on customer's airtel money account.

This is a waste application. Most funny thing is when you are connected to WiFi it says that you are not connected to the internet. Excuse us if your app only consider 2G/3G/4G networks.

User code doesn't applies. You are trying to fool. Take immediate action and reply if you care about your service

It was my mistake that I hadn't seen these reviews before downloading this app. Only Airtel money was installed other apps were not installed even when I tried on WiFi. Wynk music and movies non!!!! Dear Airtel since beginning you people have concentrated on publicity only by costly adds with low benefits to customer. Again this my Airtel app cheated us by showing in add that all apps will be @ one place. So pathetic Airtel it's better move to other service provider.

Most of the times, it does not show plans for other operators. This happens regularly. Need drastic improvement

No proper system.When i was doing my postpaid recharge payment it doesnot show vodaphone or any other servider provider except airtel.so how to do recharge.no reply from the coustomer support as well.hated alot

This is an useless app. m pin generation is a biggest task.Every time it says try aft 24hrs, 18hrs, like that.Make an easy app yar.Being an Engineer I'm unable to do it.Date of birth selection takes 2 days in this.Not at all happy.Without pin we can't transfer money. Namaskar to this app.

Maine recharge kiya 247 ka. New handset ke liye offer hai 1+9 gb ka par mila nahi. Claim karne pe bhi nahi aa raha hai. Got trapped my 247. Because offer tha 152 me 1 gb wahi kara leta.

As per offer rech 500 get 525 bal so i rech same but i got only 15 Rs extra biggest cheater app in the world

By mistake I did payment to wrong number and immediately called customer care to revert the payment. They simply said we can't able to revert it so you have to lose the payment.

Hello sir, I have recharged with 251 just mini ago using this app it was showing 3gb data + 251 TT now I got 1 gb data and 251 provide me any emails I can screenshot of offer that is showing in my app

What a blunder!! Airtel App itself not sensing Airtel DTH IDs !! More to add, on recharging Airtel DTH it displays msg like "we have no connectivity with service provider, kindly check your SMS for recharge confirmation".

Thanks for updating my consumer no and installation no so that I can pay my electricity bill. But I have one more query is that i have been given a rebate of rs 75 in my electricity bill But while paying through Airtel money app I have not recieved any rebate. This is highly disappointing. Plz rectify. Thanks

This App is very useful for Mobile recharges! If something goes wrong then write a review on Play store, then they will help you out! Calling Customer service is useless! They can't help you!

Not much grt offers, Airtel looting money from people, once jio came , it started with different offers but still trying to loot, one thing should keep you remind, only for network signal is good people are prefer your network... otherwise think on that...

There have one greatest mistake in app development.. Look like- It's able to pay without pin... Please review this, and solve in next update. Thank you

Airtel Money charges 'convenience fee' for insurance payments?! Here too? Cashback coupons' T&C should be transparent. Can't even see the details of the transaction from the history. I prefer Paytm, but they don't give any cashback for Airtel transactions, nor does Airtel seem to want to offer the same.

No add money in airtel wallet vai sbi ....& You provide the offer below 10 rupees but wallet not provide the payment below 10 rupee

Today I installed and not able to pay even my post paid airtel bill. These people should learn a lot from other networks.

These guys have no offers whatsoever for their postpaid users and have blocked all other merchants from giving any discounts. This is what you do, and you still suck.

But gets logged out many times. And the charges for bank transfer is much higher. Paytm charges only 1% but airtel money 2%/thousand.

I pay my monthly phone bill and recharge my DTH through this app..you can save multiple payment card details so that every time you just need to put in your CVV number! This saves a lot of time because you don't need to have the physical debit/ credit card around..
