Backed it on Indigogo, waited for more than a year to get it in hand. When I got the device, totally disappointed with its performance. Video streaming is horrible. Lost complete interest on it and stopped using it. € 30 Chromecast is much much better than this.

Have not been able to get it to connect with either an iPhone 10.2 or Android 6.0 device - even when connected on the same Wireless network. From Windows 7 it works okay.

I am unable to set up an Airtame using this app. Something I should be able to accomplish easily.

Zero updates from 2015... Lack of useful features. None of promises fulfilled.

It works ok, but it seems that it still does work with pin enabled on the device. Works well for Windows and MAC machines.

It needs video streaming and screen mirroring.

Useless app. Doesnt support any video format. Only works with pics and presentations (also meed to be converted). Cannot find any images from my galleries. No audio or video will work. What this app good for??? Having troubles with windows app as well. I waited half year to let software become better, but still lot of problems. Too bad. Device is a waste of money. I hoped it would be great, but no.

Airtame applications for Windows and Linux for works fine, where you stream what you have on your monitor to your Airtame, connected to your TV. However this Android app does not work like this. You can present documents, pictures etc that is supported to your Airtame, not what you have on your Android device' screen. The app are sometimes very slow and sometimes does not respond for a long time. Must be improved to be useful.

Can only send pictures to TV, not videos. No way to do a sideshow of pictures, have to pick one by one. ** Save a couple hundred dollars and get more functionality - just buy a chromecast! **

Compared with chromecast this one is lot more expensive and it does not work to stream media. So after 6 months still in its box. Their marketing is very effective though.

This product isn't a Chromecast if you want a Chromecast to stream media from an internet connection then get a Chromecast. If you want to stream already downloaded content with no internet connection this is the product. Given that this can't stream video from a mobile platform yet... 3 stars, until they get the software up and make this a truely awesome product. if they can get it to work with only software updates then they have made a truely innovative hardware product

Really bad set up process. Also, I was led to think Airtame would allow a layer of transparency on my TV, i.e., you could what your regular program and at the same time read emails but it seems it is only a regular streaming device. I really overpaid for it if this is the only way it works.

Doesn't project the screen a la chromecast, only allows downloaded media to be presented

No promised features. And customer support told me to go to forums. What a joke. Great idea, done soooo wrong.

I backed this, waited a year for delivery, it has gathered dust. Total waste of money.

The app works. It would be great if it supported more file formats. I would also love it if I could configure my AirTame inside the app.

Does not do what was promised, extremely expensive and lacks worth while utility.

Needs to cast screen of smart device & stream Amazon & Netflix...please

Backed this on Kickstarter and finally got it last week. Still has a lot of work to be done and isn't particularly useful for me at present. Hoping for Chromecast style functionality in the not to distant future.

If I could rate it with less than a star even with (-) waist of money and time waiting for it all that long and the results was very disappointing, it does nothing from what have been promised with. I bought a Chinese made one a year a go and it's far better than this sh***, for $10 & It does a hill far better job without loosing your WiFi Internet connectivity! All smart phone now a days are doing this and more with screen mirroring. I'll never back up a program after this disappointment

Only displays pics in a very unuseful app. Wasted money to buy the dongle. Chromecast is much better (more features) and cheaper.

All I want to do is show what's on my screen to another monitor. Why do they waste time adding features that only stream documents/ pictures when all anyone really wants to do is show what's going on on their screen. It's like selling a pan that only has an eggs setting when all you want to do is put whatever in it. I don't get it.

Needs to stream in android like apple. PC presentation is beautiful though. Used it where there no availability of WiFi or a projector.

Really expensive (8X more!!) for a more limited device than chromecast (no extend monitor on mac... Only media in android??) that only have as an added feature working without a wifi network. So good for use outside office or home. But you loose internet if avaliable networks are protected by authentication beyond wap/wep/wep2. Like the common login windows to use individual accounts that exist in hotels or corporate places. Can get the same thing with portable PA and chromecast...

Quiet good for presentations and image or PDF viewing on a HDMI display.

This is worthless. Cannot connect to device on my PC, and when try to connect on my MAC, I keep getting an automatic pop up saying error no device found. I already reset the device 2 times with no luck

So far, it only sends pictures and formatted pdf files to the airtame device. Until we get what was promised (video and screen mirroring) , there wont be more stars.

In development.. It's getting better

Pretty good but I can't see any pictures on any subfolder on Dropbox.

I can't configure it because of the unusable Linux software. I'm forced to use the ad-hoc network and I won't do it anymore.

Pretty happy with the Mac implementation, but android app needs screen mirroring, or kinda pointless.

It is still the Beta and still in development, but the future is very promising.

Its a good start, but worthless to me until it can do full screen mirroring. Even if it required root for that I'd be happy.
