Air POS Point of Sale (ePOS)

Very good app been amazed by all the things you do with app for only 17.50 a month this is grat for my mobile cloth shop am setting up very good support from would like to see it accept izettle payment as a small business just starting its cheaper to buy a tablet the iPad just something to consider but love this app 5 happy stars from me

Fantastic app, works well in small community cafe. We did have an issue with compability but this was quickly resolved by the support team. Easy to use, easy to update .... even my wife can use it!!

If you could use the camera of the device to read bar codes it would be amazing! Still brilliant as is.

Perfect for our requirements. We needed a POS system that we could use a bluetooth barcode scanner with along with an android tablet (ended up choosing the LG G Pad 8.3 perfect!). This really solved our problems as we can now use Payleven with a wireless barcodes scanner + get the equipment from them and they will drop the fee from 2.75% to 1.95%.

You need to give all your details already before you see it working and it costs 17.50/pm..

Won't work on Samsung tablet. Many calls trying to get sorted they keep taking the money but can't get it working.

This is the first POS we found that really fits our needs, its flexible, fast and super easy to use! I can train staff in less than 5 minutes on this, and track everything. I am now addicted to tracking everything!

Just finished trial, really like the app and its good value compared to competition. Tried free apps but waste of time!

Nice flexible system that runs on our Nexus 7. The system tracks all our sales while we're outside selling and we sync up at night via WiFi to the cloud back office. Needs more flexibility when editing inventories but good for the price.

Absolutely love the customer service as well as the product I've been searching non stop for exactly what this has, detailed inventory, keeping up with my cost price to retail profits, i don't have to be in store to keep track of my stock or sales and the back end system is super user friendly if only it had better ratings would of tried it sooner.

I'm really excited to use this app/service, but its not quite ready for the Nexus 7 yet.

This a a great epos app. and even better now it is free. although, they could of made it free before i purchased it. Just worth the download to test it now.

Just bought for a EEE pad, but they still don't have Square integration. Just talked to tech support, they are working on adding it. This is by far the best system for Epos I've run on a pad. These guys are really shooting for the top functioning Epos out there, and based on what I've seen I do believe they will hit it. I paid $50.00 for another epos and this one is way better. I'm pretty sure this price will go up, so buy it now!

AirPOS works brilliantly on the Nexus 10 and combined with a epson tm-t20 and a digipos cash drawer it is so much cheaper than any other system.

We picked Airpos to run our payments system in our small cafe after much searching and what a joy it has been. Simple to use, we trained our staff in a matter of minutes. Flexible , we add new items each day with minimal fuss. Great support, latest update was written just because my receipt printer was incompatible. Great interface, we can look up sales even when we are not on site. Easy to setup, we setup hardware and software ourselves. Airpos has made the Epos element of our cafe one of the easiest tasks of the whole start-up.

AirPOS really delivers on all the features larger more expensive high-end systems offer. Very user friendly and intuitive this system gives amazing mobile capabilities. The flexibility we have to use our system in shop, out with clients or on-site is great for a smooth and professional profile. Our customer orders are easy and hassle-free. As most of our stock is customisable or bespoke this system makes it easy to build, edit or delete stock whenever and where ever needed. Simply couldn't manage our sales and figures and shop without this clever system. I would really recommend the small investment into AirPOS as it made my life much easier as business owner to keep tabs on the business in the shop or remotely. Not to mention the sales and technical support has been amazing and very helpful!

Currently reviewing different apps for new POS instore and during my trial with AirPOS I was impressed with its simple usability. It allows you to do most of the things you need to do and when I asked the guys about a few features they informed me that they are in the pipeline. Defo one to trial and hopefully with improvements will be hard to beat.

Since I introduced Airpos into my business I keep throwing issues at the Airpos team, and they fight back, with conviction. I had an issue on Sunday and they replied within an hour, reassuring to say the least. Game changing, as I have been handwriting all sales down.. pages and pages of scribble - no more. The software can be a bit slow on my Samsung Galaxy Note, I question whether it's the best device for it. It would be good to hear what other 'tablets' people are using for Airpos.

Air pos has been a platform that has grown with us, as our business gets bigger and bigger the platform has managed to keep up, We have had a few issues with new devices and new platforms that are being developed but Air pos have always helped us. We would be happy to recommend them as they would help try there best to help any company develop there required platforms. Kee up the great work...

We loved the appearance and front end of this POS. Very easy to use and set up. It is only our business need of being able to handle customer account invoicing that stopped us using it. Good luck in your development and maybe some point in the future we will take another look..

Been using this application for over 2 years now, and the developers are constantly updating the software. The level of service exceeds expectations as they are only an email away. The software itself is excellent as an EPOS system, really well laid out styles, and a user interface that is easy to train new staff on within minutes. Being able to access the back office anywhere in the world makes it an extremely useful application. Using the data available from this software has allowed my retail business to increase the turnover by 70%.. If you are considering an EPOS App system, this is the one to get!

First the positives - it's easy and intuitive to set up and use. And the reporting and features are all nicely done. But the huge negative is that, it's currently only available on Android (and optimised for the Nexus 7), yet the Nexus 7 is incompatible with PayPal here, which makes that integration a bit pointless. I only realised this, once I'd paid my £99 for the Paypal here chip & pin reader, grrr.

As I read through your application page I really like the application but its like it can work in Africa especially my country. The sign up in your web page does not include my country(Nigeria) and the currency does not reflect nigerian naira. I will appreciate if this is included. Thanks.

This app is amazing. My wife runs a small coffee shop and its just so easy to use, I can update prices from a distance and the reporting features are awesome. Any time I've had to contact the team, Marty has been more than helpful and even helped me resolve hardware issues with my printer, which is totally outside their remit but is a representation of what a nice product and company they truly are. Wouldn't be with any other provider.

We use Aipos over multiple sites and on mobile devices in the field. The simple to use system offer everything we have asked for. Combines with an effective back office its great. We would recommend this app.

Not satisfied

Functional, beautiful and just simply amazing! This point of sale system is the best I've ever used...and it's FREE! There are so many capabilities hidden in this software, your business would never be the same again without it! Gives you the option to tell the system how much moolah is in your cash drawer at the start of the business day, and prompts staff to enter how much is in it at cashing up time at the end of the business day. I can park my sales (and name them!!) so if a customer forgets their purse, I can just stick their sale in the queue and wait for them to return, without having to scan & enter their products again! I'll never look back!

Good idea & love the simplicity but difficult to navigate if the screen is not formatted the right way. I have to push the screen around to get to all the buttons.
