Seems to be what u was looking for, an app to aggressively try connecting to known WiFi. I use another app to enable wifi every 1 minute and also when I turn my screen on, which helps re-enable wifi when my phone randomly shuts wifi off or just randomly disconnects from wifi and still sees the wifi is available, but has no intent on reconnecting. When this app sees know a SSID, it connects to it, which is how Android is supposed to work, but either my phone is messed up, or is bad coding in the Android OS.

It's the only one of it's kind. Awesome on resource usage and low battery consumption. Auto-connects or disconnects based on WiFi internet speed. The only issue is that it's too sensitive when it thinks the internet is slow and its not. I wish it would only disconnect if the wifi doesn't send any data after several attempts or if there's no internet access because it then takes a while for my phone to connect to a cell tower and sometimes the cell connection is slower instead.
