Same as all the other users. Cannot log in. Not a good look for Air NZ. Contacted the IT help and advised that it was my problem.

Doesnt even load properly or it freezes up and i cant even book flights. The update killed it!!

Same problem as others. Can't sign in. When I use my airpoints number it says check internet connectivity, theres nothing wrong with the internet, and when I use my email it says incorrect password. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app then restarted my phone.

I installed/uninstalled this app twice trying to get it working. Just not loading on my S8 edge. Not a good look for Air New Zealand...advertising this app is embarrassing for a $1 flights promo.

Why it is requesting more and more permissions. It is just about pulling deals And to reply to the author is not just location. It also requests Photo/Media/Files including USB storage. Also, full network access and permissions to prevent phone from sleeping

Very disappointing. Sounds like the same issue for most. Couldn't sign. No option for forgetten password so had to go on the desktop to change my password. That still didn't work. Uninstalled and then reinstalled and it still doesn't work.

Turned off notifications in the app, but still getting them multiple times a day.

I just keep getting a message saying there is no connection.

App simply won't work, trouble logging in although my user and password were correct, now it's telling me I don't have data (which is a lie) airnz should do better if it wants to sell airfares

Updated last night now it doesn't show the deals.

Previous update needed more permissions, some without explanation.

New update is totally useless. Does not show any deals at all. I have to log in everytime i open app. Am so disappointed. I am now going to uninstall. Sooo disappointed. Was totally fine before update.

Was good until the last update. No information on your greenlight deals provided anymore even after resetting. Can you even give a time limit when this could be fixed?

Useless since the new update it doesn't show any deals. Uninstalled it to download it again with no luck....sort it out!

If I miss out on cheap Auckland to Queenstown deals because the new update doesn't work I'll be so upset :(

Loved it before the latest update . It works once when you reinstall it again then each time an alert is received nothing is displayed except " Still cheap as" needs to be fixed asap

Simple app to grab cheap flights. Flight alerts are handy

Can never get a deal either app malfunctions or they sell out in a blink of an eye.

Easy to use, and customer services was really helpful when i needed

By the time the alert arrived for flights I wanted everything was sold out. What's the point of using the app instead of the site? Also I'm being told I have messages but can't see any

3 months to fix an app. Absolutely piss poor effort and it doesnt even work properly. No alerts for my saved flights!!! Useless!!!

Looks like the error is fixed - it updated last night. Now to see how the app works...

I would prefer to receive user defined alerts only. Despite a thorough search there doesn't seem to be an option to turn off push messages.

After 3 months it finally works on pixel, better late than never

Can't re-download this app on my phone. Gone thru all the trouble shooting steps and nothing. Completely useless to me.

Old app was so much better, with this one I never get any alerts, despite having two in place. Also so many flight options to wade through, needs filter for departure airport and also domestic vs international.
