I want to pick (my) exercises with a graphic next to them maybe, and log the weight, reps, and number of sets (that I choose). Sounds simple right? Too bad there isn't one app that does it.
So i had this for like a total of 3 workouts. After the 1st workout my all of my info and set up vanished. So I reset everything and last nite an alarm went off at midnight "time for my workout". I could not get the alarm to stop beeping. So with a very sleepy and anoyed wifey next to me- uninstall.
I knew when to workout on it
there is the problem with editing things, where you can't click on date on the calendar and edit. but there is a workout around I found. Just change the phones date on the settings to the day you want to edit, and you should give you access to it it. ignore what the calendar says just click on the workout you did on that day and complete it. and resend the date it should record the day you selected.
As others have noted, the app looks great and (sort of) functions well. It's easy to set up and easy to use, and read. However, the dates for routines easily get messed up if you skip a day. Due to this, the weights no longer properly increment for Starting Strength's routine, even if you make up the day (i.e. skip Monday, make-up on Tuesday). I've seen no way in the app to fix this and since there's no 'reset' option -- other than uninstall/re-install -- there is no in-app way to resolve the issue. Also, according to the actual SS program (and by extension, the spreadsheet and/or wiki), all of the routines have the wrong warm-up sets/reps generated (*every* exercise has 5 warm-ups according to SS, but the app sometimes only generates 4..with the wrong reps) and some exercises (power cleans) have the wrong sets and reps entirely. Dev seems to have abandoned app, so there's little chance any of this will be fixed.
Needs an option for custom number of warmups. And .5 weight increments would be useful too

Having the rest time as a notification and the ability to leave the app during a workout would be great for changing music/checking email while resting
Pros: tracking is good, I really like that it figures out your warmup sets for you. Cons: warmup sets aren't visible in logs, can't figure out how to delete an erroneous workout. Enhancement opportunity: calculate / track weight, BMI, Body fat %age. Crashed a few times moto droid RAZR Max hd
Nice interface but not much to offer other that. I guess it's back to pen and paper...uninstalled :(
Good app but full of bugs so far. Not increasing weights for next session. Crashing when countdown timer reaches 00:00. edits made in options not changing in workouts

I just tested the application and now I can't delete the blog post, which seems really stupid. Also, I would like to be able to remove warmup sets.
An option to turn off warmups would be great. Otherwise the best application out there, especially for noobs.
Basic layout and just what I was looking for. Took a min to figure out how to adjust all the different workouts but once I did, everything fell into place.
Perhaps I cant find it, but this needs rest timer sound option. I want a vibrate or quiet sound. Also cant find how to assign workouts to certain day
App looks great and I could see it working really for tracking, but the inability to go back and edit or delete logged days is a showstopper for me.
Well built app but the lack of being able to add decimals sucks if you do Olympic style weightlifting, HIT (who does HIT?), or anything that requires smaller increments.
After installing this app there was no more need for pen and paper! It nice, simple, and exactly what I needed!
Frequently crashes in the middle of my workout, especially when switching back and forth between Strength Lite and other apps. Fortunately, doesn't lose workout progress, but it's still a hassle.
Need RPT training, should be able to modify weight per set. But overall great for free weight logging.nice interface
I was very excited when I found this app. I loaded up my routine and hit the gym. After one or two workouts, I noticed the dates were off. This is an issue for me as it is not properly increasing my weights. Also, if I miss a day and have to work out on an off day, my weights do not properly increase.
Maybe more stars if you like something to play with. But if you are searching for simple workout log/calendar. Steer clear!
Need to be able to edit workout after it is started and would be nice to be able to enter some historical data when first starting.
Great interface, very adaptable programme, but no fractions (2.5kg, 1.25kg etc.,) This makes it unusable for anyone looking to get good linear progression. Especially if you're in a country using kg, which is most of the world ;-)
