This app sucks I pay for VIP. You expect it to work wothout stoping while your listening and there is no rewind or fast forward so you can't get to where you left off. This app needs improvement. Love the show love FHF. Fix this for your fans.

App sucks. If the miracle occurs where it actually starts the stream, it won't last long because it will stop or close the app altogether. I hate to do it because I support the show, but I have to use the iHeartRadio app (which I hate because of ads) or the tunein app.

Stops every 5 minutes. Can't rewind. The ads play, but not the show. Please fix! I love the show, but the app is so frustrating!

Wack jeeps saying i severely damaged my phone a lot of pop up ads and now VIP member so not worth it at all meaning that happened so not worth it

App keeps closing "live audio not available". This is bull! Fix this!

Stream stalls out in under 6 min, won't start playing again. Crashed my Galaxy S7 multiple times. App doesn't close, have to restart phone to kill it.

Love the show, but this app needs improvement. It's a great concept in which I can listen at work censor free(Love it) but keeps shutting off or just freezing on me every 4 minutes. Once improved I will download the app

It stops playing randomly. Very frustrating because I can't listen to the whole show. Also, recently it comes back from commercial break late. FHF will be in the middle of a conversation when the commercials are over.

There are sometimes that it gets stuck on a commercial loop that i have to pause and replay for it stop. Other than that the app is easy to manage and makes my mornings much better.

Cuts out every few minutes for an advertisement. Have to start video over again. Really Can't get past 5 minutes of a show because of reset. Can't scrub forward or backward on the player. Can't download podcast as a workaround. Seriously unusable. C'mon FHF going to get into a car accident trying to fiddle with this app. Please get someone to make a real app.

I've read reviews, that it randomly stops. Well mine stops every 5 mins and it's annoying. Please fix the app!!

The app keeps losing the stream

App was constantly crashing, most features are buggy and most annoyingly - audio would just cut out randomly or just skip forwards. This sucks when you're listening for 30 minutes straight then automatically get skipped to a commercial missing decent chunks of the show.

First, I was very frustrated that as a VIP I could not watch previous shows no matter what I installed to do so. Plus, to listen to a previous show it always cut off and never let you listen to a whole show. Now, I have just made it worse with the update.. There is no longer a menu showing me options to watch previous shows. I can only listen to 15 minute segments WTH? I Re-subscribed my VIP membership when Frosty rejoined Heidi & Frank but am about to cancel again which totally sucks because of this app!

Like the show hate the app.. really? video adds before the podcast, fail.

I've used this app on 3 different phones, and it always stops working after 5 minutes. It also freezes my phone on occasion. It always happens when they're on a good topic or story, but never on a commercial. hmmm....

It cuts out every few min and the screen looks like it is having a seizure. It just ain't the best so out there. I love the show. I'll just stick to listening to it in my car...

This app has always given me issues. Now, after a long hiatus between uses, it tells me it can't connect to the Internet. Needs major improvements to design and, especially, usability.

It has some pretty serious playback problems. I hear the same commercial about 7 times on every break, but it only makes it about 60% of the way through, then restarts. During the show, it often skips back a minute or two, and frequently just stops playing, causing you to miss a lot of the show.

Please be forgivinge with this app it's actually very very new and like anything it takes time to work out all the glitches and such. Hf'er for life!!!

Really bad app it's almost unusable constantly stopping they need someone with some talent to actually create a usable app. Not even starting the last 2 wks, had to uninstall. Big disappointment to members guys!!!

As a member, I don't like the fact that I cannot bookmark where i left when listening to previous shows.

Totally great

This app and the 955 klos app make my phone freeze up. Once I start these apps if I try anything else the phone crashes. Sucks, had to uninstall it.
