The Tom Joyner Morning Show

when the app was first created, it would play the entire show of the day on repeat. as such, i could listen to it just as aired whenever/wherever it fit in my schedule. now, segments are available on demand (excluding the news), and there is no longer a cohesive sense of "the show". the tjms is aired in my market. so, live streaming a buggy app is completely irrelevant and unappealing to me, since it is possible for listen to the radio on the rare occasions that it fits my schedule.

Very seldomly works, and freezes frequently in those rare instances. I've txt the show staff about it w/ minimal and ineffective response. I pray this update works better than the usually unanswered prayers every morning for the app to play

The original app was better when the show would repeat itself throughout the day. If you missed anything, you were able to hear it again. And Tom needs to bring J. Anthony Brown back! LOL!

The Show no longer plays in Kansas City so I was looking forward to listening to it on the app. Well, I can't. It will not work! I've tried updating, uninstalling & reinstalling but nothing. This is frustrating. I already can't listen live on radio. So at this time you've lost a listener.

The app freezes a lot. I love the show, but I can seldom get through the full morning show before the app freezes are go unavailable.

I love to listen to your show on my 1 1/2 hour commute to work and back, but you have taken away the repeat of the entire morning show. The If You Missed It segments often don't include the 2nd part to the segment.........why play the 1st part (and mention that you will be returning with that guess) and not play the follow up? Bring back the continuous loops of your current show.

Giving 2 stars for the nostalgia of past days of listening freely without interruption. The live feed NEVER WORKS on my phone. Can only get the snippets from "if you missed it". C'mon Tom, you produce fantastic events around the country. Please hire some body to create a better product, cuz this app is crapp...

I am a huge TJMS and Tom Joyner fan but this app is terrible. There is 15 second ad that you cannot skip. Loading is slow and without prompting, the radio shows a continuous icon that says its starting but never starts. Sorry TJMS but I'm uninstalling. The previous version worked like a charm.

I grew up listening to this show. I'd like to continue my morning tradition of listening while getting dressed. However the constant crashing is becoming a problem. Please fix this issue once and for all. UPDATE: Still not working. I have reinstalled the app only for it to crash every 15 minutes or so. I cannot live like this. I'm out.

I would like to start my morning off everyday with Tom & the crew. and to not be able to utilize the app is ridiculous this has been an ongoing issue for years and this last update is the absolute worst. I love this morning show. I've been listening to it for many decades and I hate we lost it in the Virginia area I've moved around the country and this is the first time I've not been able to tune in on my local radio. Ughhhh

This is the 3rd radio app I've used developed by these folks & I've had to uninstall 2 of them so far because they keep crashing my phone. About to uninstall this 3rd one, crashed my phone twice this morning. I like listening to the tom joyner morning show but can't risk destroying my phone.

I have to uninstall this app many times only to get that it still won't work. It keeps telling me it is unable to connect. I love your show and as huge as it is you'd think the app would be top notch. It isn't. Please fix it. I miss the continuous loop of your show and wish you'd bring it back.

My kids and I love the TJMS. The new station (100.5 Montgomery, AL) needs a serious amp boost. Signal is very weak AND to not be able to use the app is ridiculous. PLEASE fix it. Call black, white, young, and old IT girls and guys.

I used to listen to the show via the app for at least 4 yrs. Now recently the app has lost its charm. It hardly ever works. I have Uninstalled the reinstalled it to make it work. It will work for that day then back to nothing. Quite frustrating. Honestly speaking, I'm ready to give up on it. Please fix it cus I've been rolling with tjms for 23 yrs. I need my family.

I GET IT NOW..IT'S A SCAM... THE APP COMPANY WANTS US TO KEEP DOWNLOADING BROKEN APP TONDRIVE UP NUMBER OF DOWNLOADS. THEN THEY CAN CHARGE MORE MONEY TO ADVERTISERS! My wife and I both have the Samsung Edge 7. WE have to uninstall then reinstall the app everyday for it to play!!! This sucks!! People are complaining with same issue.. Fix it!!

This aircast is terrible. It drops the connection constantly so I only get bits and pieces. I've tried uninstalling /re-installing the app, no good. I live in Atlanta and have t-Mobile as my mobile provider. Not sure why this will NOT work for me.

Tom, you have to get it together with this app. Since the last update, I have to uninstall and install the app every morning to listen and at least 6 times while listening during the broadcast. Every alert I get on my phone also interrupts the broadcast and I have to wait until it reconnects. Black IT may be needed bro.. I just received an email and the show stopped only to come back playing music totally skipping what I was just listening to. Come on man, I need the laughter to get through the morning,

Love Tom Joyner, but have always hated this app. He needs to get black IT off of the job (inside joke). It has not work at all since the last update, and even before then, it frequently crashed. I thought updates were supposed to improve the app, not make them worst.

Not sure what was done in the last update but now the app doesn't work! I have to listen from my browser/website which is spotty and randomly stops on it's own.

Used to work before last new update.. Just keeps saying 'Can't connect to live audio at this time check back later' AUGHH!! Must be the developer because none of my Philly Radio ONE apps work anymore.. Terrible and a shame..

Used to get the "comedy break" between breaks now I'm getting ads from some Philadelphia station. I'm in VA!! Constant buffering just awful. Love the TJMS show but I miss so much of it. Please fix it.

THIS NEW UPDATE DOES NOT WORK. IS ANYBODY READING TG E REVIEWS!!!!!! This app is the worst! I really don't understand how anyone can rate THE APP four or five stars. It shuts down every 30 - 45 min. and has to be restarted from the beginning which is dangerous when driving. I love the show but I really hate this app!

I stopped using this app about a year ago because the Live Feed never worked right. And I just tried the app with the new update this morning and the Live Feed is still not functioning. Wait good is having a live feed function if you're not going to have a live feed. I use Tunein for the show.

It doesn't work and it keeps crashing. Fix this b/c I miss hearing Jay Anthony Brown, Huggy Low Down, Gary Owens and most of all Tom Joyner.

I think whoever does your App is on the Trump team. Freezes up constantly. Takes forever to sign back in. Too many ads. Love you Tom,can't get the show on radio, but ready to give up on this. I think that's Trump's plan and this plan is working. Fix it!!!!

I've been listening to the Tom Joyner Show for 20 years. This show is THE BEST on the radio. But this app has been THE WORST! I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times because it continues to crash. The app was working fine until this latest update. Now it crashes after 30 mins. Frustating!! Fix this app please! For those who are like me and had the TJMS pulled from your local radio...download the Tune-In Radio app. I listen to TJMS that way.

And it's making me miss the best radio show around. It just crash all of the time. Don't take the station away and now my app. Please restore SOON!

Love the show, HATE the app . Downloaded again to see if anything been fixed. NOPE . TOM PLEASE COME BACK TO EASTERN NORTH CAROLINA. RALEIGH IS TOO FAR A WAY TO PICK UP THE STATION ON MY RADIO.

I own the Galaxy S6 Edge Plus and the GALAXY Tab A. After a recent update, I had to start force stopping the app and uninstall it, then reinstall it for it to work. Now it's not working at all. Also, bring back the replays of the show. I loved being able to hear what I've missed.

Tom: I have been listening to your app for 2 years without interruption. I am now experiencing difficulties with the audio for this app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. I have contacted Samsung to see if its my device and they said it is the app. Please get this fixed. As you know your program is broadcasted on an AM station here in DC and not for good listening or clarity. Thanks.

I love the show and recently moved to Kentucky where I need the app because TJMS is not played here. Due to the poor app, I have to unstall and re-download most of the time which is a pain. I need your IT guys to make an improvement.

I love the TJMS, but this updated app does not work. I have to uninstall and re-install each time I want to use it...not good.

Works fine for 30 minutes then needs to reset. Then the next day I often have to Uninstall and then re-install just to get it to work. Without unlimited data this would be a real problem.

Keeps crashing. The updated app does not work well. I have to keep reinstalling the app to get it to work. That shouldn't be necessary. Needs a fix ASAP.

I love TJMS and used the app since it's development but the changes over the last few years have defeated the purpose of having the app. Cancelled the repeat of the show so can only listen during it's normal air time, connectivity is not that great anymore. Statements and segments skip and repeat during normal play, dead air, some days won't work at all. Please fix. You had a great thing then busted it up... not cool.

I am glad I can listen from the North suburbs of Chicago but comments repeat a lot and the app just stops while playing. Will continue to listen but improvements to the app would be much appreciated!.
