Great app. It even allows you to background stream so you continue to listen to it's live broadcast while you do other things on your phone even when it sleeps into the lock screen. Those review that knock the must be fake because it's a live radio stream. I only notice the same radio broadcast advertising. I only listen to the audio background stream. I don't stare at the screen while listening to the radio.

Seems to turn itself on on my Android phone. I set no timers or alerts but all of sudden hear this station playing on my phone for no reason. Other than that the app works fine.

The app abruptly stops often, everyday. Sick of the Spanish ads. Sick to death of the Department of energy ads. The same grandfather and kid ad looking for light bulbs plays 5 times in a row at a break. I have heard this ad more than 30 times a day. Day after day after day.

Only plays video ads. Can't listen to station. Why would I want an app that only plays ads?

Good sound quality although if using navigation turn by turn voice prompt, app does not reconnect. Also after phone calls you have to restart the udio because it won't do it. Have to disable turn by turn voice prompting, and prey for no phone calls, also you have to force stop and clear data all the time to get it to work. App needs overhauling....

I believe that the Department of Energy has the advertisement market covered on this app. I literally hear that commercial, of the kid and his grandfather about 3 or 4 times back to back. Would be nice to give other advertisers some air time. I'm pretty sure that the D of E isn't paying any extra for it. Thanks!

Always crashes.....

Seems that the app works for 20 to 30 seconds. Then stops and buffers up again. Then stops and buffers up again. I never had this issue with the older versions. I'm on a Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, with LTE. I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling, to no avail. It still unusable for me. I hope this gets fixed.

This app crashes harder than jfk jrs flight instructor. Plus 99 percent of the app is adds. I constantly have to restart it every few minutes for it to actually work. Your better off getting another radio streaming service and just tune in that way.

I use dozens of apps and they all stay connected but this piece od junk is always dropping and making me hate it hate it and yes I said hate it twice. Get a clue techies and KSFO.

Okay I understand that Radio is paid for by commercials from sponsors and then I should do my due diligence to visit those sponsors and buy those products when I need them however the app that KSO has produced is so filled with adware that it completely destroys the functionality of the app I would not suggest installing this app

I want the data back in my alloted per month for this download. It is slow. The content is not selectable I. E. Past morning show blogs. It starts playing content as soon as it opens and if you are lucky it stays connected.

Locks up my phone on a regular basis. Restarts itself constantly after a phone call comes in. It's a shame, love the station hate the app. They should switch to the one used by Alex Jones. That one works flawlessly. First time ever giving an app one star.

Listen to the stream and start a game like Zoo Keeper Battle. After a few minutes, the audio stops. The KSFO app looks like it's still streaming. Exit Zoo Keeper Battle and start Slotomania. Exit Slotomania and the notification bar says "Starting radio..." and the audio comes back on. Playing a game is not like getting a call! I mute game sounds in the game settings so I can listen to the stream!

it doesn't actually play any content, but the commercials and ads and social media links all work. total crap.

Worst ever app!! Please do something about this. It won't transition from wireless to cell tower. Won't transition back to playing when finishing a phone call. 10 + minutes of advertisements at a time. Just stops broadcasting the show and starts a commercial. Airkast won't respond to communications about issues with the app. When listening to the KSFO app, you can't just click on a tab or hot section of the page like archive or anything and it starts playing two things at once. ALSO, when youdo get archives going you can't toggle back and forth without starting all over again to bring up the archives again. This app is a total pain. I want a good app because KSFO has the best lineup of hosts. I want to be able to listen to them wherever I am. Get it together KSFO!!

Get rid of Rush , otherwise perfection , Michael Savage is the roll model for this genre! Please bring back Spencer?

This application has a cute little surprise in it. It starts playing advertisement and there is no way to turn it off. Sound blasting away etc. When will these idiots ever learn that this just angers people. I find this type of nonsense slimy and unacceptable. Steer clear.

So bad. Full screen adverts. To exit you have to get lucky. Bad app.

Whoever built this has no business releasing apps. Crashes, closes, bad audio quality, bad UI, bad UX. Needs to be re written. Nexus S, Jelly Bean.

May be the worst app ive ever used. Crashes continuously and can freeze the os. Requires reboot often. Total garbage. Doesnt deserve 1 star.
