KGO 810

Inconsistent connection. Initial ads play then actual programing fails to play. Would there be a better...

Not reliable. KGO was the best station for decades, new ownership has destroyed​ it.

Unfortunately this app is terrible. I don't usually write reviews, but I want to listen to KGO and this app foent allow me to do that for two reasons. First, it stops playing after a few minutes. I have to keep reopening it. I do not have this problem with any other app. Pandora and Tunein radio and all other apps work great. The other problem is that there are way too many ads. The station itself has too many ads, but the app adds even more on top of that!!

Crashes all the time on both Samsung S8 and iPhone 7. Not even a good attempt at a quality app, full of adds and maybe if you're lucky you might hear a couple of minutes of programing.......maybee.

I still love KGO, but this app is horrible. Every time you start the app, there's an annoying video commercial. Then the live stream starts automatically. Would be better if you had to choose the live stream, as there are times when your might want to listen to a downloaded show instead. Every time you start to play a downloaded show, an annoying Navy recruiting ad is played. If you've partially listened to a downloaded show and go back to it later, the app doesn't remember where you left off...

I want to listen I really do. I have to work hands free and this ap runs ads then you get maybe 5min of content then a new ad and then it crashes. Good bye KGO. Pandora is rock solid and I guess I will just listen to music.

It crashes everytime I get a text or email. I unistall and download again, but still freezes again. Someone needs to get a better app dev for this.

You miss the whole show because you listen to the same AD over and over -uninstall

Data hog and resets podcasts after few minutes of playing

Crashes all the time on its own and freezes every time i get a notification.

Can't use this app at all since last week. It can't connect to the internet? Please fix it.

Annoying AF!!

I've given this application multiple chances. Unfortunately, whenever someone text messages or gives me a call, it crashes the app. It got so bad that if froze my phone for a couple of hours. I will never download it again.

I've never had an app crash as much as this one does. And now I have to listen to an advertisement just to close the dang thing. Sponsored ads on startup are fine, I get it, but on closing? I've never had something that disruptive.

Please hire the people who have made the apps for Pandora and Spotify to make the KGO app. KGO went down the tubes after the new ownership. What a shame.

The first time I attempted to open the app, it crashed. It stops streaming after 10-15 minutes. No settings to adjust font sizes or buffer cache.

It worked for about 2 minutes and stopped. Uninstall.

Stops frequently then I can't get back to where I was. Worst when the podcast drops then you have to start over and fast forward. Exasperating.

This app caused me to seek out the kcbs app. Everytime I get a notification, it cuts out & starts over with an ad. So frustrating.

Seeing the same issues as others. D2

When it plays its performance is very good. However, the players performance is inconsistent and it doesn't always release memory when shutdown. It will stay resident even when I tell it to exit the app completely. Uninstalling

I don't live in the Bay area and finding the games broadcast on TV or the Radio can be difficult. I down loaded this app so I can listen to the CAL game. KGO radio does not have the PERMISSION the broadcast the game (WTF). I deleted this app

Loaded it 3 times- each time it failed to play. It's worse than the iHeart app, and that one sux hard (and not in the good way).

Always shut down my phone.

Clumsy and clunky on Samsung Galaxy. App often takes 2 or 3 taps to start then plays a commercial (well, understandable as it's free). The commercial has to be closed by the user before the radio begins. Can't just wait for it to run, the app will stop at the end of the advertising. When the radio has been running for a while the app will mysteriously stop, more fiddling to go again and back to the commercial. Now after the commercial comes another add for KGO schedule which has to be closed. In short, this app demands way too much input from the user.
