Think one of the worst apps made. Normally an app would make sure that you get extra customers. This app makes sure that people take another company for their flights. Hope that air Europa didn't pay those programmers, because a lot of free apps are better as this

App is not working smooth. After selecting a seat it says it cost 30600 €. Seems a bit expensive for a 200€ flight. Copying a long booking reference number is not working. All in all worst app from an airline I ever installed on my phone

Not able to add my booking. Need to login first. Can't create an account because birthday wheel is broken. Also a too extensive list of mandatory fields in the registration process.

Una mierda. Es necesario el registro para acceder al check in, cuando otras compañías te dejan meterlo en el passwallet. No entiendo descargar un app casi de forma obligada para acceder a un vuelo, es de coña. Horrible experiencia, largo recorrido hasta encontrar el boarding. Nada recomendable.

Two main problems: You have to put in a frequent flyer card otherwise check in is impossible It does not accept French ID card numbers as valid

it was a mission to check in took me 45 minutes!! kept telling me that info was missing... but everything was there . they certainly need to work on the ease of use

Rubish as their website. Never works. Tried 20 times over 6 months...always failure. They are to stupid to get a simple app running

In general, the app does not behave like you'd expect an Android app to behave, but that's not a deal breaker. The basic functionality is broken. Unable to check in: says fields are not filled in when they are. Many display bugs, for example claims that an 8 hour flight takes only 2 hours (does not account for time zones). Too many issues to list here.

It doesn't work. I only can see a message: "Please, wait..." for a long time. That's all...

People are a bit stupid, this app is so easy to use, and bookings are so easy to add. Easy access to my boarding pass, what else you guys want?

This app is ridiculously bad. So bad, in fact, that there's no way to edit/change the email address associated with your Air Europa account.

One of the worst apps I've ever come across. Impossible to checkin: the passport number only accepts 8 numbers and a letter, the problem is UK passport numbers are 9 numbers long. Really embarassing programming error. Makes me nervous to fly with them; if they allow those sort of errors in their customer-facing App who knows what standards they have for the safety-critical stuff in the air? This is the last time I will book with them.

Could be a whole lot better. Gives incorrect pricing frequently

In short, I couldn't try out the app! Installation never completed on my phone. It would start install, go to a black screen with a please wait notice... And never completed! After trying several times I just uninstalled it!
