I have to give this app 1 star because it just didn't work. It wouldn't select a location using the map feature, and when i tried searching via text it said there was network related issues. It did however work perfectly on my works iPhone which I will rate separately.

Don't use this service...taxi says despatched but then never appears. Tried it over a dozen times and the drivers accept hires but don't turn up. When you call to report it the operator is rude and hangs up! Has happened to us a few times now. Avoid!

I used to use the app all the time and loved it. Especially being able to track the taxi. In the last wee while it keeps bringing up error messages when I try to book taxi on 2 separate devices.

Excellent app, especially for lone females as you can track your taxi right down to make, model and car reg. No more hanging about wondering how long the taxi will be.

So easy to use. Great feature of being able to track ur taxi even gives make model and licence plate. Great safety feature. Drivers uniformed and got disclosures. Can't ask for anymore. Nice1.

Ignore the other review by Nigel as he obviously suffers from some form of retardation. You are supposed to be reviewing the app not 1 driver. Anyway, awesome. Ordered taxi, received info on car, tracked it and was here in minutes. 5 star. Great idea.

Doesn't work. You book thru the app for a particular time & it never gets despatched. Avoid at all costs. Book someone else, anyone else.
