Still can't log in... keep saying unable to connect even uninstall and install again. It doesn't work !!

After 3RD UPDATE Still cant log in!! I cant submit my point after update. Pls fix this problem. What is wrong with this app??

What is the point updating the app if still nothing change? Still cant login! Stupid app developer

I can't redeem my flight for Nha Trang to KL on airasia big app. It said the currency is not supported when I make a payment. Usually when I redeem ticket from vietnam's cities like Ho Chi Minh City, the currency always set to USD by Airasia system. But when I try to redeem flight ticket for Nha Trang to KL it set to VND. In the end the payment is fail because it said the currency is not supported. Please help me fix this problem. Thanks before.

I cannot redeem my bigpoint to get a ticket. The pop up is not make sense (ขึ้นว่า กรุณายอมรับเงื่อนไขและข้อตกลงก่อน โดยที่ไม่มีปุ่มให้กดอะไรเลย). Then,I remove and reinstall again. I try to log in this app to book my flight but I cannot access. And also cannot book my flight again and again. Many many time!!!! It's very dissappointed.

Need to install AirAsia apps first then register as a new user with email and password then you will get your ID. get the AirAsia big mamber. Collect all points and than you can install this apps using your email and password and also your ID at AirAsia apps.

Please do not download. This app is very full of bugs. Lots of unnecessary permission required.

Why do I keep getting alert for term and condition? Where can I confirm the agreement of said terms?

After update cannot login, "unfortunately airasia big loyalty has stopped", please fix it ASAP Already uninstalled and installed again on 6/1/18, the same error exist again.

Can't proceed to complete the redemption as it keeps on saying to confirm Term & Condition after select the redemption point. But there is NO term & condition option available! How to proceed??

I just updated the apps but my question is why can't I see my point on my profile account? While I still have some from previous flights.

10 person for 1 year ? What for we collect the big point ? I have more than 10 members of my family. Is not fair for us. This is not loyalty programs.

Limiting 10 family members to redeem your big points to flight per year is actually an anti-consumer. Very are not very happy about this new change. Your points now become so useless.

New update sucks. Only limited to 10 person for the whole year? That's worst decision ever.

Finally.. able to log in after submitting few info and details as requested by Airasia BIG team via Messenger. Even though it took days to rectify this but Airasia BIG team is responsive and cooperative...Good job.

Setelah update malah dibatasin 10efm terdaftar saja dan tidak bs diganti selama 1tahun???? Tolong dikembalikan seperti semula, Anda kira 10org tersebut selalu flight setiap saat,ini program royalty tapi konsumen dibatasin,ngak pantas dpt penghargaan berturut2 jika seperti ini
