Speak as you find App had all my details..let me check in and provided boarding passes It does piss me off to have to join their big shot..but the info I gave they had already. So having no choice I did join. But it didn't kill me and the app is better when you do join.. So far so good..let's see what's it like to book a flight!!!!

Terrible app. Constantly crashing. Do not book flights on this. Went to website still had to try three times to make booking work. Can't sign in always says password is incorrect when I have just set it up.

This is terrible! Downloaded it but cannot see any travel documents or e boarding pass even tho I already have it through email. It just keep on saying I have not log in when I already did! Please fix it!

"Forbidden request - Security key missing." This error message keep appearing and N/A was written under my big points box. Already uninstalled and installed this apps many times. No change noted. Please fix.

Not fit for purpose. First it wouldn't accept any phone number for registration. Then a week later after trying again it worked, but then no destination or origin could be chosen. No options appeared. Updated app and no change.

Why guest cannot do manage booking always asking for sign up? I hope those who want to manage there booking online can do.. Even without creating acount or signing up.

so difficult to set up an account! after three tries I gave up and will choose another airline to fly with "even other airlines talk about"

[Update 11-Dec-2017] 3rd time (flight booking) experienced error when Checking In, got error message "Fail to Auto Assign Seat". Flight was booked through another person but passenger and booking number and details were all mine and correctly entered. First two times experienced this check-in error on earlier flight, did not bother to update this review, but getting sick and tired of AirAsia App dev not fixing the problem. [Original] Page refreshes but doesn't show, have to tap somewhere onscreen to make the page appear. Can't scroll down and always bounces back up, resulting in unable to click on Safety Disclaimer, unable to check-in. Page loads but loading widget hangs without spinning. Very poorly written app that is certainly not forward compatible with Android Lolipop, likely using cheap shortcuts and hacks for the fancy page transitions. Fire the dev and hire a new one who can write a better app.

Won't let me sign into my Big Account through the profile tab even though already signed in,and isn't showing my points!

When I try to sign in to my BIG account from the profile tab, I get an error message: "Forbidden request - Security key missing". Please fix.

Great app. Just one slight issue I ran into when selecting the expiration date of the passport, there is no option to select the year, forcing you to click through all the months of previous years. Might want to consider adding that.

The app is laggy af. Much faster if you directly use the website on your browser

Why always asking me to sign in when it already signed in? And terribly the password was failed even I put the correct one.

App password format message keeps showing up even when password is correct. Do QA before your release

App wont let you modify bookings, tells you go to 'WEB' which i can only assume means do it via the website. Zero point in having the app really. Stupid.

GST calculation is incorrect. 4.736% and 4.589 is being calculated instead of 5%.

We have happened to fly through Air Asia flights from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur on 7th December 2017,wherein I have checked in my 20kgs baggage. Reached the Kuala Lumpur at 19.50Hrs and my connecting flight from Kuala Lumpur to Bhubaneswar was at 22.10Hrs by Air Asia on the same night. My checked in baggage has not reached from Singapore with the result, we had to proceed to Bhubaneswar on connecting flight,having left with no alternative leaving behind my checked in baggage. Soon on reaching at Bhubaneswar Airport, I have lodged a complaint with Air Asia people, who has taken very good initiative in particular Ms. Padmini Gina,Adit n Head of the Air Asia in Bhubaneswar Airport, traced my baggage at Kuala Lumpur, arranged to transport to Bhubaneswar, customs clearance got done at their end overcoming all problems and redirected my baggage to RGIA, Hyderabad on my request in good condition,since we're residents of Hyderabad,with out giving any trouble to me to collect the baggage from Bhubaneswar Airport in person. I sincerely thank all Air Asia people sitting in Bhubaneswar Airport n RGIA, hyderabad for the efforts taken by them in tracing my missing baggage n handover to me and wish them to continue with the same efforts for the needy people flying through Air Asia in the days to come.

Even my email which I know is correct but your app says it is wrong .Hence I can't become your member for which I was keen.Something wrong with your app.

Useless, even check for a flight also cannot, try many time and always show technical problem, please fix it !!!!!!!!!

This mobile app does not link with my purchased tickets bought at website. What's the point of using this app when I could not access my bookings in my phone. Please focus to fix this. Thank you.
