Please allow us to set temp inside a plan without having to configure the aircon first. Other than that, have loved seeing all the iterative development you guys have been doing with the app lately! Keep it up!

The plan thing is stupid. Why dont you hire some real usability/programming experts for your app instead of outsourcing it to India.

Clearly this a very well thought out App. During the set up process the service support provided by the technical support cell was absolutely first class. The user interface is intuitive and provides complete control of my air con from the touch screen pad & via my iPhone whilst away from home. Highly recommended.

A lot more stable, no more power cycles of the master controller every couple of days. Thanks

This is a fantastic App. Being able to control the aircon remotely with room by room settings is brilliant. On the zones screen, it would be great if I could see the present temperature of a room as well as the target temperature.

Plans are much more useful now! Thanks. The ability to switch to the settings of a plan immediately (rather than waiting for its scheduled start) would be great. Then you could use them like presets. Would still like to be able to see current temps.

The new plan functionality is pretty broken. There is no way to edit or delete a plan and plans continue to switch the air-conditioning on even after they've been disabled.

Huh?! No longer works with Myair 5 touch screen panel. Had to go back to version 4. Disappointed.

Great service

Love the system. The app is awesome. Would love more Control in plans. Ability to set temp or change from heat to cool as part of the plan. Actual temp from sensor would be nice. Have to buy a second Bluetooth sensor to read room temps. After update love the new plans. Still no temp reading from the sensors. Love the fact you don't need to get out of bed to turn the heat up.

Updated to v6.112 now the plans don't turn the system on. If the system is manually switched on the plan does turn the system off.

It's good, except when in fan mode, I have to set the temperature to lower than the ambient if I want it to work in a room other than what is set as myzone. To my mind, that defeats the purpose of fan mode.

Would be nice if you're going to bring out a new version, make sure it works. Once again the latest update renders this app useless on a phone.

When calling Phil today to help me get the app working on my phone again he was so courteous and helpful. Love having the app and full control of air con remotely.

Installed the system myself and everything just worked. Love it. No more getting out of bed to turn the AC on or off. Still would love to have some more features. Specifically temperature readings from remote sensor.

Amazing app for in house and out house of control of your aircon/heating system, the extremely helpful service

This update is great. Works without fail. Was overseas last week in New Caledonia and was even able to connect here at home. Had a few issues on previous updates. Only thing I will say is to have a more robust tablet on the system. The one that is supplied feels like a very cheap Chinese knockoff. Spend the bit more and get a decent unit (such as Samsung).

MyPlace seems to be the latest android version of myAir5? Installed same. Very slow connectivity. Error message shows touch screen updates required. Confusing. Cant find any such thing on google apps?

Myair5 & Myplace has had it issues but latest Myplace update has bugs worked out. It is now 5 stars. If you are having problems call Advantage Air they will get you sorted. Love my Myplace system now. Thanks for this update :)

OMG very unhappy. This is sooo bad. MyAir had issues but this is worst. Will not connect, hangs my phone trying to start. Totally a waste of $$$. But also very unhappy wife. Truly thinking of ripping out and going back to basics.

Does not load so cant access my system remotely. Biggest load of crap this app. Can only use it when im at home whats the point of that. Still cant get connected remotely. Even after reinstalling it and making sure i was right near the base screen it still wont work...... NOT HAPPY JAN!!!!!!!!!

Does its job. Wish you could set up scenes of different zones so i dont have to fine tune between when were in bedrooms and when were in living rooms. Kind of like light scenes with my lights. Hopefully its possible to add in?

This app is useless, and the new update made it even worse! It takes forever to start up, and you even need to close and re-open the app a few times to make it work.

New MyPlace upgrade has worked flawlessly, as opposed to endless connectivity issue of previous versions. The only quibble is an error appearing on both of my mobile devices stating "AA37 MyPlace touchscreen updates required" with no detail on those devices and no error at all on MyAir control tablet. No noticable problem in function either... My only suggestion to improve further would be to remove the need to define the MyZone and have the system monitor all activated zones. Or at least the option to set multiple MyZones

The app works ok most times, sometimes it takes a while to connect. But the biggest omission is the lack of current temperature display. The are several use cases like checking the kids room temperature to decide if it needs aircon on, checking the temp remotely to decide if I should turn it on before coming home. Another thing I don't understand is why I need to select a room a the main temp sensor, why can't it just run until all rooms reach the desire temperature?

I have just had a new Advantage Air MyAir system installed and I am a little disappointed with some basic functionality missing from within the MyAir software. - There is no "actual" temperature reading for any of the zones, only the set temperature. - You cannot set the temperature for each zone within your scheduled plans, only which zones are on/off at certain times. - You cannot specify the "MyZone" within the scheduled plans either; so after watching TV in the living room and then going to bed, the Living room zone would auto turn off based on your preset plan but the "MyZone" would still be set to the Living room zone meaning the system won't actually work. The lack of basic scheduling functionality (set temperatures) makes the scheduled plans effectively useless, and having no display of the actual temperature within a zone is frustrating to say the least! I seriously hope this fundamental functionality will arrive soon in a software update.

Works perfectly. way better overall design than Nest, Ecobee, etc. The ability to switch at any time what thermostat the unit is using is brilliant. I just cant wait till they add the actual room temps to the interface because its fristrating not knowing what temp the rooms currently are. Also someone else's ideas to have temp scenes is a great idea I would love to see added.

Keeps hanging. I get a message saying update required and click here but only goes to a blank page.

Disappointing, we recently had our air conditioner installed and we were thrilled to be able to control it out side of the home, however we have been able to sync our phones to the air-conditioner unless we are at home on out wireless network.

This app is working great, always had issues with remote using aawaca but aaservice is awesome, had a few old app issues but the guys at advantage air were awesome
