I think there are no solution to connect with smartphone I turned main switch off & on again as I told, but It worked only once. One of service man said I cant connect system because of heat during the summer. It doesn't make sence to me. I still can't connect .

No support at all Neve connects and I have to restart the main unit all the time. Waste of money.

Worked when I first installed, then stopped working.

Just stopped working weeks ago and not still working.

Have deleted the app and reinstalled numerous times same issue. Very frustrating!!

This myair3 unit randomly disconnects from the wifi device. It must be switched off at the powerbox to reboot and work again. If only it stayed connected. Very frustrating.

Randomly changes zones after you've set them or turns itself off or on after you exit the program and you need to go back in it at least three times to check that it hasn't made any random changes. Also don't like that it's now a sideways app. Didn't have any problems with the old version

When I try to connect this app to my aircon system it says "No systems found". I follow the instructions and nothing works. It definitely isnt the issue of my home internet or wi-fi connectivity as this app was working for me before its most recent update and no one has touched our internet connection system at home. Please make it work again! I would really like to use the Programs option which isn't available on the system touch pad.

Uses UDP connection and frequently unresponsive until probed on port 80. Service repair seemed to initially improve things but back to unresponsive again within a week. Rubbish system. Does not control reps as advertised.

Can no longer disable my zone from the app??

This app is shocking! Forever "not responding" on an iPhone, Samsung, Asus tablet..

App crashs, tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Program function doesn't always work. Can't see what days you select as not all days have the indicator. Very average app, for an expensive product that you can not access all the features without the app.

The program feature is not working properly on Android 5.0 Sometimes can't select the time and zones. Also once you save the program, the time suddenly changes. MyAir4 feels smooth and awesome, if you could get series 3 to be smooth and reliable on Android, that'd be awesome. Thanks

Was working brilliantly until lollipop update on my galaxy s5. Any update guys??

For some reason it drops out often and doesn't want to work. It's so frustrating. Connecting to wifi works some days and does not work other days, for no valid reasons. Gives an error message "cannot find a MyApp on the wifi network"

Love this app...but frustrating that the timer optins that are available on ios are not on android. Any updates coming that will add this functionality?

The latest update has broken setting up programs. Zones not appearing and saving an existing program with new changes does not work. In this new version you cannot set the sleep timer in minute incrments which you used to be able to do. Fix it

On the day of installation the guy tells me this will fail from time to time, and I'll have to power off the air con. It hasn't worked since. Not happy.

Need a feature to turn it on when your out. The program section has some letters under the days for Mon and wed. Doesn't always connect to WiFi.

After working beautifully for the first few months now it doesn't. Either doesn't turn on or off. Woken up in the morning to find its been on the entire time overnight, not looking forward to the next power bill.

Great app for controlling your air conditioning unit

Timer/scheduler is VERY unreliable. Ie it doesn't work. How can I check or change/correct the system time? Attempts to setup a schedule do not work.
