Recent update has fixed the connection issue which is great. Only 2 things that are missing. You can't see the current temperatures and you cannot program different temps, master or zones in the programming mode. So if you want the temperature to be 24 when you wake up and you set that up in the schedule. Then during the day you have guests who like it cooler so you use the AC at 20 degrees then next morning the schedule will set the temp to 20 very annoying!

Works over WiFi not over 3G/4G. It takes longer to find my phone than it does to walk to the controller. Won't be using the tablet for reading emails, watching movies or anything else it is capable of especially standing at my front door. Can't exit app. Feeling like I have become a victim of sales marketing hype.

Latest update seems to have fixed my issues with it not connecting, only thing now is it would be nice if it loaded up and connected a little faster but at least it works finally

Never connects......worst app ever...pointless and a waste of time.

No system found so far. No system found so far. No system found so far. No system found so far... Total bollocks...

Frickin update it already. You take our money for the appliances but then your program is so unreliable.

Have to close and relaunch app five times before it can connect. Very frustrating. Need to update the app.

Very glitchy

At first I was unhappy it wouldn't work remotely but the instructions below fixed that so I'm much happier now. I love being able to turn the heating on, on a freezing day, just before I get home. I still wish the tablet didn't have to be wired in at home but as I can access it from all my devices it doesn't really matter. I would give 5 stars if it had parental control features to prevent the kids running up my electricity bill when I'm not home, but there is plenty to like about this product.

I have connected over wifi inside the house, then can not connect remotely, have repeated this alot. EZone controller has constant issues, and needs Google Play memory cleared constantly just to work. No other Android device has this many defects

Updates installed. Much more stable. Support helped to resolve issues. Now to road test!! EDIT: Still picky on when it works, but strike rate is around 90% instead of 50% like it was before updates. Further Edit : nearly a year on and I have all but given up on the stupid thing. Won't connect at all any more. Not even in the house. Will not be recommending this to anyone.

Worked fantastic for the first few weeks then every third or forth time to use got system not found message. Now the system not found message comes on all the time. Tried deleting and reinstalling but just does not work. Was great while it worked.

Barely works. I've had it for 6 months. Works on wifi once out of every 20 times I open the app (I'm sick of seeing "no systems found so far"), sometimes not at all. Only worked remotely once. Save yourself the frustration and get another system! Absolutely terrible.

Love the idea, but to connect remotely would be fantastic. The sales pitch that u can control from anywhere is great in theroy, but funcional it doesnt work. I dont care to be able to access the controls from anywhere in my house, to be able to turn it on or off from work or when out would be a much better function. Which from the sales pitch ive seen, leads one to believe this is what it does. I have not yet been able to connect when away from home. Also is very temperamental about connecting at home.

Regarding the remote access being dodgy, ensure that the ip of the air-conditioner is set static on your router/modem. This has mostly fixed the issue, still can be unstable at times (upgraded star rating to a 4). As others have said: Every time you open the app (over wifi) it takes several seconds to reconnect, even if I hit home and then reopen from recent apps it has to reconnect which can be bothersome if you like to make constant changes to the airflow. Seeing current temperatures from the temperature controlled zones would be great, especially to gauge how much cooler/warmer you really want it. Also being forced to use landscape sucks and that is just lazy coding! That being said when connected to wifi at home I have had no issues but there are just a lot of missing features which I feel could be added easily and the remote access issue needs to be fixed.

There's a lot of features that would improve this app, but sadly it doesn't have them. For example why must I view this in landscape? As others have mentioned it would be awesome if it connected to the internet to have the house cool down on my way home. Why must the control at home be wired in? That device would be way more useful if it was wireless. Parental control features would also be good, i cant be the only person who has kids who fidget with these things! It could improve but i'm not hopeful.

This is frustrating. It works mostly but doesn't find the aircon system around 15% of the time. I end up walking through the house to the control panel as it is faster than trying to boot the app succesfully. I was advised that ezone was the way to go (not izone) but suspect the latter would just work as advertised. Please can you advise if this bug is being fixed? I use samsung galaxy note 4.

The app takes too long to load the current status from the controller over wifi. Dont know how to fix this. It would also be good to control the Aircon via Internet.

Doesn't work! Had my aircon installed on Wednesday, its now Tuesday and it stopped working yesterday. Rather disappointed, even after reinstalling it still doesn't work. Its saying it cant find it.

Good first version, pretty straight forward to use and covers most functionality required. It needs the capability to work outside of the local area network, I.e from work so that I can turn it on and have the house slowly cool while I'm driving home. Also, the supplied remote needs wireless functionality so that we don't have to have holes in the wall. Finally when I tap the 'back' button on my HTC One, the app doesn't actually exit. I'm required to hit the home button and then forcibly end the process.
