It seems OK but a bit tedious at check-out as it will not scan or tap

I cannot register - put in all my details but can't submit. Tried calling helpline but nobody there! Should be a simple process but can't submit, really annoying. Half an hour I'll never get back!

It won't allow me add my Real Reward points to my Aerclub. When you push the green convert button, nothing happens.

Will always carry my phone so no need to carry vouchers or supervalu card anymore. No brainer

It's useless. Can't even register my card because it thinks the number is invalid. Still manages to spam me with offers regularly.

It says I have 0 rewards points when my receipt says I had 10, when I messaged the support staff on Facebook they told me to email the real rewards team and I'm still waiting for a response, this was 5 days ago :(

Don't use real awards was using it the other day with easons while using the real code (code do not come off in the end never got my 13per cent off my book also never got my 2 points also got charge for delivery even though it said free delivery over €10

It doesn't scan !!? Each bar code has to be manually inputted .

I have the plastic card on my keys however forget them a lot going into the shop and now with this app it's good that I have the card with me most of the time
