Aeroplan

Nothing against the app but it's more so a warning for people downloading the app because they have aeroplan cards. Be aware, they are not humans! They show no sympathy toward situations regarding medical reason at all. They will just say ok, I will cancel and it will be $150 thank you and enter your credit card. You are just a number to them whereas Westjet Cares!

Can't find out why the app requires access to my camera. They should make it clear and not hide this in the fine prints. If you try to disable the permission the app stops working.

This app consistantly crashes when trying to book a partner product such as a car rental or hotel within the app. Next to useless for travel purposes... and this is after having updated it to incorporate the latest "bug fixes".

This app is terrible. I can't shop for merchandise through it. Probably could book a flight, but I dont want too, I want to shop. Oddly, it's better than the website, where I cannot even login with my tablet. Furthermore there is no way to report the website bug on the website. No wonder people are quiting this reward program. It's days are numbered

It was good up until I tried to book a flight using points. I fill in all the personal info, new profile (getting the ticket for someone else), input credit card info, click submit and it just gives me an error saying "your booking cannot be processed" and the only options are "go back to search results" or start new search". I did it twice just to make sure I didn't fill in anything incorrectly, but same error twice. The only thing worse than it not working and giving you an error message is when it doesn't tell you WHY it didn't work and what you can do to solve the problem. So useless....

It says I'm not connected to WiFi or data even though I am. Won't let me search when that happens. Just started doing this again. Frustrating app.

Noticed there's still parts that just act as website links instead of being built into the app. Also, no UI for redeeming points on other items like on the main website. Lastly, still can't simply rotate my phone to landscape from anywhere to show my card.

The app is ok, convenient for using your aeroplan card without having to take it out of your wallet. Many of the links just lead to the mobile website and it doesn't even sign in for you, they make you enter your aeroplan number and password again.

It crashes and it won't let me choose departure details... no Internet connection!! Aeroplan get your app sorted... it's bad enough we can never use our points ... now an app that makes ir more difficult and won't let us!!!

Keeps saying no active internet connection when my wifi is clearly working doesn't even let me get in with my id password Bad experience

Every time the app updates (once/week) I have to re-enter my username and password. What a pain.

If you endeavour to book a trip through this app, and might need to put the passenger's birthday, the calendar doesn't allow you to write the date!!! You need to keep tapping the arrow to find the month and year of your birth!!!!! I booked for my in-laws and had to click the arrow LITERALLY more than six hundred times to find the calendar!! (Use a computer if you can!)

CrackHead Sad That People are willing to have a Third Party access other apps just to sign in......The End of any known Privacy.......PATHETIC

Constantly crashes when I try to scroll through the partners list

This app crashes every time I try to do anything with it. Especially, when I try scrolling down the partners list.

The app keeps crashing. I have to use the website on my desktop to do anything. Can never use the app.

Never able to view my aeroplan card with this app. it's been over a month and a half, since I applied for my aeroplan card, but I still haven't received it.So I was hoping to use the app's view card function... Sigh.

It is poorly designed as in the makers did not want to put much effort. It crashes all the time. Lol

Useless. Whenever I try to do anything it asks me to log in, when I'm already logged in! So I try to hit the log in and there's no response.

So the website won't accept my postal code or even old ones. This app accepts my code but won't accept the answer to the secret question?????? I don't under your programming

Everytime I try to start the app, it shows me the opening page without going further....and when I go on the website, they tell memto use the app...useless...Those reward things are getting worst and worst..

Miles Expired without properly informing me! Was planning to get a family member a Christmas gift with my miles, but the supervisor told me that it's their policy and that it's my fault for not inquiring about expiry date! Plus, she said ''and we do not give ANY courtesy miles''. SHAME ON YOU AEROPLAN

I don't know how it is loaded on my LG-G3, getting quite frustrated.
