This easy to use daily prayer app is based on the only Bible reading notes designed specifically for the Church of England by Church House Publishing. Following the Common Worship lectionary, the Reflections for Daily Prayer app allows you to read and reflect every day on the same passages as thousands of Anglicans worldwide.

To continue getting your daily reflection choose from a weekly, monthly or annual subscription for six daily bible reflections a week (Monday to Saturday) including:

- Full lectionary details for Morning Prayer from Common Worship
- A reflection on a Bible reading
- A Collect (prayer)
- Option to read reflection within "Simple Morning Prayer" format

How does Reflections subscription feature work?

• Downloading the app is free, and you get Reflections every day for one week of six reflections free and you also have access to the previous two weeks worth
• If you choose to subscribe, simply select the one month (£1.99) or annual (£11.99) subscription
• You can turn off auto-renewal any time from your Google Play account settings; or do it right on your device if you don’t want to continue with the auto-renewal of your subscription

The daily reflections are written by leading authors and theologians from around the world, including Alan Bartlett, Rosalind Brown, Steven Croft, Malcolm Guite, Sue Hope, John Kiddle, Jane Leach, Jan McFarlane, Barbara Mosse, David Moxon, Martyn Percy, Ben Quash, Angela Tilby and Jane Williams.

Already one of the most widely used prayer apps available, the Reflections for Daily Prayer app has a number of unique features not found in other prayer apps. For instance, you can:

- Browse reflections by date, author and Bible reading
- Read in scroll or paged formats
- Bookmark your favourite daily entries for easy reference
- See reflections for the week ahead
- Follow Bible reference links to the online Oremus Bible Browser (NRSV) - no need for a separate Bible app

The Reflections for Daily Prayer app is published by Church House Publishing, the official publisher of the Church of England. For more information visit www.dailyprayer.org.uk or www.chpublishing.co.uk

I'm really enjoying using this, it's just what I need! I am a bit confused though - I haven't been asked to subscribe, and I'm not sure how much it is. Am I currently on a free trial? If so, how long for, and how much is an annual subscription?

D70%
by D####:

I like this app, it's just a shame the subscription is expensive. I can find other good yearly devotionals as ebook or whatever for less than half the cost. Also I wish you could change Bible version.

T70%
by T####:

Great app, I just wish I could select NIV rather than NRSV. Quick correction after formatting error was introduced by an earlier update. Well done.

Really great and incredibly useful app. 5* +++ excellent customer service! Thanks to the team for responding quickly about the pagination issue and getting a fix out so quickly in time for Lent!

Frustrated by latest update which has totally messed up the formatting. Fonts all over the place!

I do love the app but I'm afraid my yearly subscription isn't working correctly. It's supposed to run till 2017 but a window appears saying Thursday 21 July is the last reading. Will you check into it for me? Thanks

Renewed, but it will not load the 2017 ,readings despite an hour of going around in circles. Shame as this is a good app.

For some reason I can't get the readings to load even though I have subscribed. The content is great but I can't access it!

Can not access daily readings even though I subscribed. Am waiting to hear back from aimer media. Was forced to cancel in the end. Pity.. I used to enjoy these.

Works well on my tablet, works well on my Kindle as well but I can not subscribe on the Kindle so can not use it on the Kindle. My preferred eBook reader.

In play store it says I am subscribed till the end of Dec 2016 but on my tablet the app doesn't recognise this and just says my free trial has expired. Advice? Or a refund?

The app is very nice!

Hi Aimer. I can't access the latest reading even though I'm subscribed until July. Help please!

Loved it,

V70%

The subscription is auto renewal and therefore I can't (apparently) use a Play top up card to pay and then cancel auto renewal so i shan't be able to use it. Also, it needs internet access for bible - not always available when out and about. Pity.

I had great hopes for this app. I have managed to run it once and found the text size too big for my phone and the resize button, if that's what it is, would not work. On the second attempt I was presented with a blank screen with no hint about what I should do next.

Q70%

Like this but why does subscription cost significantly more than buying the Kindle version or hard copy?

Q70%
by Q####:

It is a great shame that a reflection for Sunday is not provided. It renders this helpful resource incomplete.

How do clergy afford ipads anyway?! This looks great so far. Bit on the pricey side perhaps but I'll be subscribing. 'the importance of daily prayer' refers to 'the inside cover of this book'. But thanks for this lovely app.

U70%
by U####:

1) It would be useful if the links to the Psalms gave the Common Worship version rather than NRSV. 2) If possible, imposing a stylesheet on the Bible reading pages that make them match the apps Look & Feel would be nice - especially to hide the Oremus header image which is too wide for a phone's screen to display. 3) An additional option for future versions to show the reflections within the full Common Worship Daily Prayer version of Morning Prayer would be a nice addition.
