Daily Prayer: from the CofE for Android
Great app. Only improvements would be to make it easier to use when saying the office with those following a book especially when different canticles are used on Saints' days etc. Page numbers would be good. Likewise a link back to the usual daily canticle incase the president decides not to follow options. Also it would be useful to indicate which Psalm to be used if only one is to be used (the lectionary usually has one in bold)
Disappointed you didn't change liturgy from 1 November. Why did you change I it from pm on 5 November. I updated to latest version on 1 November. I've sent you an email but no reply yet
Perfect! You need this app... It's the most thorough daily devotional you will ever find. It's the next best thing to being in the Cathedral every day.
A useful tool, but it doesn't want to do landscape mode on my keyboarded tablet, so it appears 90 degrees out.
Worked well until it crashed. Have re-installed to try again ... No luck.
It no longer opens with wileyfox android 7.0 tried on several phones with same issue. Please fix!
Namo tassa bhagavato arahato sammasambuddhassa.
It just works, let's you do devotional prayer
Clear and straightforward on tablet or phone. Very helpful.
Good app, but in last few days has started crashing on my android phone. Update - uninstalling and reinstalling fixed this. Prompt response from developer.
Good app. Now I can participate in prayer at my leisure without carrying my lectionary.
Excellent. To be even better, extend the larger font facility to the linked options (canticles and intercessions).
Great, but where has all the liturgy gone?! It's Easter weekend and all I have is the readings!
Helpful app to make prayerful priests
Revive your soul for the Glory of God!
Really useful. Thank you.
Excellent no problem
Helpful, simple, effective. Thank you!
Great app thanks
I love this app, allows me to engage with daily prayer wherever I am... Currently using it for 'prayer and breakfast' event. Recently paid the subscription for offline access. Worth every penny, but glad that it is free: so I can promote prayer among friends.
Use this all the time. So simple and easy to take with me where ever I am.
Had been great up till now. But the Psalmody has dropped off... But now fixed. Thanks.
Excellent
I use this app daily for morning prayer and love it. It saves thumbing through the book to find the correct palms and readings. It would be nice if auto rotate worded, though. My little phone does not allow for a sensible line length and this makes the sense less easy to get when reading out loud.
Lost the psalms in morning prayer today. They seem to be there some days but not others. Not good without psalms.
I love this app .. but the psalms are not coming through since Christmas . Android 7.1.1 on nexus5x
Why have the Psalms been dropped? The prayer was so easy to use before.
Good app, but in night prayer, where are the pause red dots in the Nunc?, or the 'Lords prayer may be said' text before the conclusion. Get the litergy correct!
Great App but where are the appointed psalms for Christmas evening prayer?
I use it every day
Fantastic
This app makes common worship beautifully simple and easy to use. This has been great your personal times with God throughout the day.
It provides me with on the tip daily office experience everyday
Excellent. Particulary if you want to use the BCP version, ie Matins and Evensong. Much simpler than trying to work out the Psalms and readings for the paper version of the Book of Common Prayer. Would prefer if the instructions in the BCP part of this were in proper 17th century English, but thankfuly the prayers and readings are.
I depend upon it three times a day. I use this app as a sacristan in all things prayer book and readings. Very satisfying, year by year.
What happened? Working perfectly until last week. Now crashes just after the tabs appear before any text appears. Have tried removing and reinstalling.
All one needs to keep up a regular Prayer Life, sharing with Anglicans everywhere, wherever you may be. Great value as well.

In addition to my other review I like this app and find it very useful. I would appreciate possibility to have access to same choices which are available in the book when celebrating a (lesser) festival.

Excellent. So much easier than using the book and makes it possible to do the office wherever you are.
