DOF Calculator for Android
It's ok app..however the C1 and C2 won't save my settings...
I liked the app and paid for the Pro version to find that it is older than this one and didn't have my Canon EOS 80D listed. For a refund but will buy again if supported. Good app please update the Pro version.
The app gives opportunity to choose from big variety of cameras, set necessary focal length, aperture and find out dof.
Increible aplicacio nois, un fierissima es creador
Would be great if I could change the output unit as well.
Works great! Comes in handy when choosing lenses and preparing for shoots.
Got every camera under the sun easy to use already found dof on set with this works well :)
Only remembers settings in Quick & Manual Modes. Settings in Aperture mode reverts to a default on my LG VS-890 4G Android 4.4.2.
too cumbersome
Don't know why you would keep this one. Other DoF apps give a visual display of the Depth of Field, much more intuitive than this one, and they're free, this one has ads. Misses the mark! Well I didn't 'hate it' just that other apps do it much better :(
Loved it
Nice
Nice
Usable
GoodGood
Best app
Thanks
Hate the adds though. Willing to pay for a "Pro" version without adds. BTW. Haven't seen any miscalculations of dof yet. It does a good job.

Simple DOF calculator. For the low ratings claiming the calculations are incorrect because the values are different for full frame cameras vs crop cameras: those reviewers are wrong. All DOF calculators ask for sensor size because that changes THE IMAGE'S angle of view and/or shooting distance
I'd pay for an ad-free version.
I love it!
Works great
Annoying ads
too cumbersome
When choosing a 50mm 1.4 at 10 meters on full frame and m43 they show different dof. Thats incorrect. At the same distance with the same focal length and aperture they should have the same dof. It shows m43 as having much thinner dof however.
This app will save you in certain situations. No more bokeh ears or blurred family in the back of your main subject
Does nothing.
Superb
It say that this app do not need any permissions put it still sneak out on internet to download adds, I do often accept adds as long as the premisson say that it need acesd to Internet. In no of the preview images are adds or that space visible so I see this as the developers try to fool the users then there is better free version on Play Store.
When you've got zero significant figures 'cause you haven't changed to appropriate units you really need to take a long hard look at yourself in the mirror. EDIT: 7 s.f. is just as bad.
Easy to use and has several common Camera/Lens attribute preloaded for quick updates when changing lens.
I suggest a graphics improvement. Something Android L-esque maybe...
Does what it says on the tin. A very useful app for the serious amateur (like me). If I had a criticism, it would be that setting a specific camera in a set-up menu at the start rather than entering your camera on each and every screen (yes you can save them in the custom calculators) but how many of us have more than one SLR.

I have a canon sx50hs. What would be my setup.
Just what I was looking for. Well thought out.
This used to be a great app, but not anymore. Uninstalling.
Handy for landscapes

Had the version on my old phone. Loved it. Installed the new version on new phone: flashing/animation ads interfere with use. Uninstall because. If it's a photographer app, flashing distraction is a bad thing.old version works well on deactivated phone. OUT.
