This app sucks!! I finally got it to connect, but you have to disconnect to place/receive a phone call, because you have to go out of airplane mode. It would be nice to be able to use it in normal mode. Then when i go back into airplane mode and reconnect, the app goes into Offline Mode and never comes back. Way too complicated to run a little camera, the GoPro app doesn't do this.

Had no issue connecting to camera Wifi with my BB KeyOne running Android 7.1. Put camera in Wifi mode, start app, found camera Wifi signal and entered code. Can't get any easier. I get full control of camera including all settings and see what the camera sees. Only gave 4 stars because video of what camera sees, hesitates occasionally.

This works fine, you just need to do a few things. You have to turn off cell data. Go into airplane mode first. Then turn your WiFi back on. Atvthat point you'll connect you phone to the camera wifi. Then when you go into the app you'll see the camera wifi and it'll work. I just downloaded the app and it's worked perfectly for me.

No problems connecting. Go to phone wifi settings and connect to action can there. Then go to app. The very top line shows what wifi you are connected to, which should be action cam SSID. TAP on that line, not in the list of WiFi available below that top line. No airplane mode necessary.

On android it works but is fidgety, to connect can be frustrating, these steps help, you need to enter aeroplane mode, disable your mobile data, then turn your WiFi back on to actually connect to the WiFi of the camera, patience helps, other than those small annoying steps it does what you want it to do.

Sucks! Crashes whilst connecting. IPhone version works fine, and I have had it working in the best. Just not now on a brand new One plus 5

It works great for me I am using a samsung j7 you can view the memory card from the camera on your phone plus control your camera completely from the palm of your hand while your camera is hundreds of feet away i have tried out every fiture all works well.

Ok so far. Overcame the wifi connection overtime issue by going i to my phones wifi and connecting to the action cam through there.connecting via app itself doesnt work

Complete waste of time, I don't even want to give this app 1 star. Now I even question the camera that I bought

Really needs to update that fact I have to put my phone on airplane mode just to connect to the camera on WiFi. Good potential app

I will return the camera as this app is useless, tried to connect, then just says 'connection overtime' waste of time and money!

Totally worthless didn't do anything showed some WiFi networks said it was connected and offered nothing in the way of options Note 5

Works ok on iPad but Android version is useless have never got past the WiFi connection page.

Disconnected the recording without any notifications. On the screen was showing that the camera records the video but in reality I ended with 3 minutes of video instead of 30. Wi-fi connection it's a waste of time and money.

This program keeps crashing on my Moto G3 using in conjunction with a campark camera

I have to try over and over to connect to the wifi connection of my camera and it just doesn't work well if it ever connects.

Works fine on the LG v20 and the old Note 2, but gets "connection overtime" error of the LG G3.

Its a very bad apps. slow connection

Not sure why everyone else is having so much trouble. I didn't have to turn off anything or switch over anything for it to connect to the camera. Works great.

Jancuk bin asu tenan iki app. Kagak bisa connect ke camera terus. Mau dari airplane mode kek, matiin cellular kek. Gak ada yg bisa buat nyambung. Asu.

App works great but remember you have to have your phone on airplane mode with WiFi switched on. Connect your phone WiFi to the camera WiFi then start the app

Fantastic camera, but the only problem is when camera connected to phone some videos cant play. please fix

App can't connect with camera after version 1.9.4. Huawei p9 lite. I found the solution !! Just turn on location information and it works!!!

Easy to use, a bit on the slow side. Using a Samsung galaxy

Tec.bean camera would not connect. The connection would time out every time.

connects once then never again absolute waist of time dont bother downloading.
