AIA Vitality Weekly Challenge for Android
Unable to utilise Cold Storage Vouchers which are expiring on 10/07/2017 & 15/07/2017 respectively. "Something has gone wrong. Please contact your local AIA Vitality Office".
This apps supposed to sync with mi band, but failed to sync to mi fit apps. Wasted all my points. Pĺease look into it
ERROR 400. Can't log in or do anything. There's no freaking helpdesk or support. Did they all die or something?
This app is never able to sync with my device. I haven't been able to collect my rewards 2 weeks in a row. Please fix your app.
The point system is so lousy, not updated even we managed to complete the step. Lousy app.

Xiaomi phones are pre rooted. Pls resolve the problem and allow Xiaomi phone users to use the app asap! Update: It's working on Mi Note after the update.
This app sucks. More like marketing strategy to promote so-called healthy lifestyle. Problem with updating points and customer service also terrible.
App is buggy. AIA is a cheat. 2 of my vouchers couldnt be redeemed. 1 of my voucher was not credited. Do not download or sign up, dont waste $36
Points does not get updated. At times rewards was not able to be claimed. Rewards expires too soon. Customer support takes long time to get back.
Points not syncing properly. Missing out for 2 weeks even though i hit the steps limited and went into the app to sync steps.

S health told me i walked 28 000 steps but this app only recorded 7000

Im using Oppo R9s. After updating it works fine. Happy that I get my points back!

Already not working last week since maintenance downtime. This new update doesn't also not updating and syncing well. What's the use of updates if it doesn't solve the problem?? Points not syncing and when it does, rewards are not updated. When rewards are updated, the vouchers practically 'self-utilised' when i didn't use it. Emails sent to AIA is replied with a generic message. Wake up AIA!!!!
App is okey I think. But AIA ppl are not providing rewards. This is a marketing plane only. They just fooling ppl. When we call on hotline, they are rood. Providing falls hopes. Wasting our time.
Critical issue that has stopping me using AIA Vitality Weekly Challenge. 1. Can active my account. Always inform "Invalid Verification Code". 2. Does not receive activation code after submitting contract number then there is noway to retry. Error: ContactID has been used.
To get this to work I had to install 2 other apps. Basically sync MiFit (primary) to Google Fit, sync Google Fit to Strava, Sync Strava to this app. Too many layers. Please just sync to Google fit so it universally works for anyone using an Android. I don't even know if multiple syncing like this across so many apps would even bloody work
Syncing with Fitbits arent the latest. Syncing with Samsung S8+ shows connected but result was 0 for the whole week. 3rd time I'm trying this app but it's just so disappointing.
Can't even sync the points properly even when it is a time sensitive app. The main AIA Vitality app have already sync the points why can't this? Please consolidate into one app if u are not able to maintain the quality of the app
Syncing with Miband is too bad. Just sync success sometimes, most of time does not sync
Cant even sync properly to shealth. Sent an email with no reply. Points not accumulated properly. Its so tiring to even sign up for this. Good idea but waste of time.

Before the upgrade the performance is bad. Often cannot be syn. After the latest upgrade is even worst. Can't open at all. What a shame the kind of service quality AIA provided. Almost every other week have issue using the vouchers. Is was so embarrassing at the payment counters holding back others. The vouchers still have 5 days before expired or yet to use nd yet it gave me a comment expired or used. Don't internal has an UAT before deploying the app to public. It's so shameful to push is lousy app to public when end users always encountered diff issue endlessly each week n worst never have any improvement but getting worst

Data from my fitness app not syncing since 17/06. I've tried logging out and logging in again, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but nothing seems to work.

this app does not support screenshot with any Android phone voucher redemption is very slow causing long queue for others in the cashier counter and 2x $5 vouchers to wastefully expire today
