Nice features but support is lacking. Can't track closed tickets or job history. Correcting synced tickets or update unit/job information can't be done from the field. synching can take an excessively long time. Data entry won't automatically capitalize the first word. Can be frustrating. 12/29/16 same complaints. They refuse to customize resolve code for our use. Can't track completed job tickets or time. Office has to review/modify every ticket.
