Worked fine yesterday and then updated, now won't open, just shows the logo on a white background.

R70%
by R####:

App will not open on my phone after latest update. Thanks a lot Trudeau.

S70%
by S####:

My notes disappear after each update on the Android version and the search function continually adds letters to my search (For example, "airway" becomes aaiairairwairwaairway) which makes it hard to search for things quickly. Otherwise great app.

R70%
by R####:

The isn't a notes section like on the Apple system. So you can't access things like APGAR

R70%
by R####:

AHS protocols in matrix format - quick and easy to use.

U70%
by U####:

Unable to download to my Samsung. After 3 hrs still trying to install. Useless APP.

V70%

In the features, you have written offline use. This is so not the case. Even if it could intubate my patient for me, this app is null and void in my opinion if it won't work when I'm sans-reception. Please please fix this and it will accordingly fix my rating.

Good app great decision to include notes, however "evidence based" there are no links to the evidence?? Why? also it has a reference section, yet nothing there?? When will this be fixed?

U70%
by U####:

It appears to me that despite this app being thorough and we'll made... It has a fatal flaw. I can't seem to access it offline. If that's indeed the case, that's a huge huge problem. Many of the rural areas where units respond to don't have cell service. Making this app useless at the worst of times. Please fix this?

U70%
by U####:

A lot of the items under the resource section open with blank screens. This needs to be fixed!

X70%
by X####:

Force close everytime! Works as well as the AHS board of directors. I assume it will be fixed as soon as the problem has been filtered down the chain of 50 mangers, a small child running around with a bucket on her head and a lactose intolerant dog then back up..... Once again we find ourselves behind another AHS EPIC FAIL! BRAVO!

Great to be able to access the protocols, but this format leaves alot to be desired. The first app was quite a bit better.

Doesnt work, bring back the last version or fix It please

Can't exit the app. There should be something using the menu button or pressing back twice at the main screen brings up option to exit. These aren't hard things to make sure they work or implement. Layout is ok but certainly not among the top apps. Anyone can make a listing app...hope they didn't pay a lot of money for this.

T70%
by T####:

Preferred the original icon. Better layout. Impressive attention to complaints by the developer with a prompt fix of the back button function for example. I feel like im looking at an old FTP layout, is there anyway to make the menu list more appealing?

I70%
by I####:

Sent these guys a couple emails of issues and promptly all fixed! Great work.
