This camera is a joke. It times out all the time and the connection goes in and out even with it siting right next to the router. The customer service is worthless too as they have only hired someone to field calls who barely speaks English. Got this as a gift and I'm returning for something better. Save yourself the hassel and dont buy this.

The camera is cheap chinese made and does not work. Resetting does nothing and firmware upgrading is impossible. Junk pure junk. Return if you can. I had a defective one and could not return so I just threwit away. Pure junk with no support.

The camera makes crackle noises. Wtf.

The app is fairly easy to use but will take some time to get used to it. I would like to see the option to adjust the notification sound and volume so I can tell the difference between a text and the camera. Also a night mode that saves battery and removes the blue light would be great to see. Good beginning.
