InstaPanorama - Video Panorama for Android
Really great and helpful app. Newer options for the panorama doesn't seem to work well with my 4.5 phone screen and should be fixed, but it's great anyway
For a paid app I would have thought it would have more crop options. Instagram allows you to post rectangles so why can you only make a square.
Processing takes time. But it is worth the wait. An option for the output aspect ratio would be nice (like 16:9).
Unfortunately doesn't work well with full 360 photos.
Same
The app is working great with the latest update, so I've bumped my review from three to five stars -- the developer responded directly to my feature request and had a new update in two days. The app will struggle with higher resolution 360 panos, but even then if you just turn down the sample rate, it renders well and the videos look great. Good stuff!
The new update really fixed all of the issues. Changing panoramas to videos has never been easier. Now it really deserves 5 after the update!!
It worked just as described. Its amazing you have to try it
Easy to use and produces a good quality video. All features in description are accurate. Some room for improvement: 1) Faster processing 2) More scroll speed options... Ex. if I find 13s too fast my next option is 26s which I find too slow. 3) option for 16:9 ratio which is allowed on IG now.
I had a super-wide panorama and no way to post it on Instagram that was useful. This app turned my pic into a slow-scrolling 37-second video that posted perfectly to Instagram. Only downside: it took almost 10 minutes to render the image. But 5 stars because the result was 100% what I hoped it would be.
Now just errors out...
The only app i've found so far that does this and I suppose with only 1000 downloads it's pretty undiscovered. People should be using this! Maybe more are on IOS
Took hours to complete one JPEG conversion on a Note 4. Ate up over 10 GB of space and crashed phone. Should be pulled from market. I seldom leave reviews. I did this time to protect potential buyers. Poorly designed. Poorly implemented. Made hundreds (747) of JPEG files before locking my phone. Shame on the author for continuing to sell this unprofessional garbage.
Have sent an error report, I'd really like this to work, so please let me know. Had to uninstall and get a refund :( Oct 25, 2016 - UPDATE Tried the updated version and this did seem to be attempting to work. Took a panorama of 5 images stitched together. Loaded it in to the app, went through the options of speed/orientation/direction and then the screen said "Initializing" with the spinning arrow and x/1198. After one full minute, X had progressed to 18, so by this rate the initializing would take one hour, six minutes and 55 seconds!!!! I'd love for the app to work, but I'm afraid I'm not willing to wait an hour to see if it would. Currently this is using a Neexus 5X with Android 7.0
The one and only one panning image for instagram app i found so far. And the app works good. Keep it up. Maybe with a catchy UI? because the app use for entertaint, design is yes a must ;)
The rendered videos have great quality, thank you.
After the update its works perfectly with high quality video. Although the convertion process takes a very long time, it was a good idea to add a completion percentage.
Over all this app it's ok i like it but very late convert, 5 star fix the issue
Running well on nexus 6p!!!!
great app. It just works!
After looking for an Android alternative for instapan I can across this app. I downloaded it for my 6p ready to create some amazing stuff, sadly the app has been loading my panorama for a day and a half already to no luck. I hope a new update comes along so I can give this app the review it deserves.
Still rubbish,id like my money back. Creates the videos but intagram wont load them,no matter how small the are.sort your code out guys
It is stuck on "initializing" for hours and without initializing anything. Not worth your money. On a nexus 5.
The process is indeed slow (guessing that's a limitation of the hardware the app's expected to run on), but does just as advertised, definitely worth the money.
Crashes if u don't wiz through the opinions without even looking at them. You end up with a random pano zoom
Just stuck on initializing endlessly
The process is (too) slow but the quality is so damn good.
This application isn't work. Loading... infinitely.
Nice update. Muchos easier now
There are better linux tools such as pano2vr which worked instantly. Uninstall.
I just paid for this app to convert one photo. It spent a few minutes slowly initializing (preparing the frames?) and then stopped because of an error. When I tried to send an error report email it made Android crash / reboot.
I have tried to 4x now to turn a photo into a panorama video, and every time I keep getting the message "an error has occurred". Not happy. I know it's not much money I paid for this all, but if it's not working, then it's just the principle!
Nexus 5, it stays in "initializing" for a long time without actually doing anything
Very prompt support. I experienced a crash when trying to load from Drive. Figured out that downloading the photo to the device, it will work.
Just what ive been waiting for a long time!no bugs, works perfect!
Nice update. Muchos easier now
After an initial issue, the developer Abdullah Equb contacted me via email and made the necessary updates. Updated version 1.95 performs as advertised. 5
It worked well with 16:9 photos as well. Good job

I bought this app purely for making photo panorama videos to go on Instagram. Have tried a couple. It makes the video all right, finished product 19 seconds in length, but Instagram simply won't take it. Unfortunately, that means it's useless for my purposes. UPDATE: The developer has been very responsive in trying to solve this issue and forthcoming with a refund. No luck yet, but he is working on it and I wish him success!
