Agile DMAIC

O Agile DMAIC é um método para avaliar e melhorar o uso do Scrum em projetos de software. Pode ser usado tanto na adoção do Scrum quanto na melhoria de sua utilização.

Principais contribuições:
- Possibilitar a gestão quantitativa do uso do Scrum;
- Avaliar o uso de princípios e práticas do Scrum; e
- Identificar e tratar as causas de problemas, considerando o contexto e a necessidade dos projetos e clientes. Agile DMAIC is a method to evaluate and improve the use of Scrum in software projects. It can be used both in the adoption of Scrum and in improving their use.

Main contributions:
- Enable the quantitative management of Scrum use;
- Evaluate the use of principles and practices of Scrum; and
- Identify and treat the causes of problems, considering the context and the needs of projects and clients.
