I've contacted the chat at times to find there is know one available and that's a bit disheartening cos you don't want the option of email when you want/need to chat with someone but other than that It's very helpful ☺

I love how the coaches are gebuinely concerned about you. I had a chat with a lady and she trully helped me. No scam. No fees. Its a platform filled with genuine volunteers hopong to get you in touch with God..and yourself. Am thrilled to have found this website.

Chat? Not like it's showing in the images they show for the app. Took me directly to my default browser. UNINSTALLED!

I am not able to provide my information, in order to proceed to the chat. Most of that screen doesn't show on my phone, only the button that takes you to the chat. The chat button also doesn't work.

I never reached a coach. And I really have a heavy heart and I need to speak to someone.

I tried chatting with the app but directed me to the browser which made the chat not stable, you type a message sometimes it goes to the other person but not all texts go through and i accidentally disconnected. i tried sending an email instead, i entered a valid email and a lengthy message of cos, but it told me my email was wrong and i couldn't retrieve the message i typed so i had to type it all again. please fix for 5 stars. keep up the good work.

You are waiting ages just to be seen too. And when i eventually got seen to they just kept saying to ask god??? Your better off talking to a real person

I'm sorry but I'm not able to chat after installing this app on my phone. Do I have to wait for too long for some one to come online?..I downloaded this app coz I thought someone was there 24/7...please try to help.

I only hope more christians can use this app. This is very helpful. And the coaches are great. They will help you pray and they are there to listen. Glory to God!

This app was absolutely amazing. I'm speechless at how good it was. The wait time for a coach was only about 30 seconds maximum and the interface of the app was incredibly clear. Also the coach I had was brilliant and had so many resources for me. What I would say is do not only market this for people enquiring about Christianity this is also a perfect service for young and maybe older Christians as well who want help advice or prayer. Thank you so much ground wire, I'm going to be recommending this a lot.
