Easy to use, quick confirmation

I had a particular location in mind to stay at. I tried to search for the location on a few famous hotel booking app but only Agoda accepted the location input. The next thing that really surprised and amazed me was it provided the options with pricing in map view. This made selection so much easier instead of the normal way of screening through a long list of choices. The app design is very neat, informative and user-friendly. I am very happy with it. Thumbs up!

They claim best price guarantee and refund of excess if lower price is shown on another website. I was overcharged by about 800 INR. when I tried to submit claim form, it got reset at least 8-10 times and finally submission failed. No working customer care numbers. Only voice mails. No prompt email replies. In short no customer care support

Dear agoda Indonesia. Please training your CSO how to talk politely to the customer. One of your CSO, Mr. Nanda can not speak politely when handling complain. This is regarding to my booking in The Harmony Legian Hotel from May 29-31. I believe agoda doesn't want to have negative manner or attitude from the CSO to represent the company in hospitality industry. So please, improve your CSO how should be talk politely on the phone with your loyal customer. Thank you.

I booked some hotels with this app, but will not do it ever again and here's the reason why: I compared the price for a hotel at a certain day for 2 people using this app with the price I get when I go on the agoda homepage without login and I got a LOWER price when not using the app. So if you are a regular customer they might think you have too much money and charge a higher price... If you use the app, make a check before you book and look what price you get if you do not login!!!

Worse than useless. Made a reservation, agoda says the reservation is confirmed. Arrive at hotel, there is no record of my reservation and they have no rooms available. Later, agoda send me an email offering me a discount on my next booking with them. There will be no next booking with them until they learn what a confirmed reservation is.

The app is okay but abit problem in their booking.... I've booked it but the hotel havent receive any bookings... i called agoda... i get to sent voicemail only...plz have someone to communicate with the agoda customer .

Since 2014, app failed to give out rewards point even user login in. Agoda kept denying and push the blame away. Finally admitted there is bug but refuse to rectify it. It is clear the intention is to continue to scam user. Agoda shamelessly blocked my account for exposing them stop paying for 5 stars review and save instead of scamming user.

I booked last night, I haven't received any confirmation through email. This is really frustrating! I paid for my booking, why don't you improve your customer service? I tried sending emails but haven't received any response. I tried calling customer service for A MILLION times but your voice prompt is misleading, how can you give the responsibilities to a generated voice prompt. WE NEED REAL PEOPLE TO ASSIST US, WITH OUR BOOKING, WITH OUR QUESTIONS. WE DESERVE NOTHING BUT THE BEST. WE TRUSTED YOU, PLEASE DON'T DISAPPOINT US. HOW CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK???!

A very good apps to find and book hotels in Vietnam and supposedly in Asia. I haven't had a problems getting support from Agoda. In fact, when a hotel gave me the wrong room, I got the issue resolved quickly by showing my Agoda booking. My wish list include searching criteria like room minimum room size, view, balcony

Everything is good but whenever I tried to book now and pay later offer, the message appears that payment unsuccessful but when I tried to book and pay now offer it has done quickly.. Make us fool

Really good customer service you can actually talk to somebody if you need help and they do something about it and call you back and the prices are so much better than the other travel apps.

Great app, I have used Agoda as my primary booking agent for more than 7 years now. Love the app, makes booking accom on the go so easy

Not a perfect app, some hotel prices were cheaper when asked at the hotel(possibly the hotel's own fault/fraud of original prices or miscommunication between online marketing and hotel management), but overall prices are significantly cheaper.

I would like to see a filter based no bath tub and balcony availability... Also if a hotel is smoker friendly or has a dedicated smoking area... :)

Please give us more promo code and cheaper rate, it will be greater! However we noticed the prices are different in different hardware -_-

Maybe you should include the "hidden" tax on the price you display so the buyer wont be surprised & disappointed for the increased price as they click for the payment.

User friendly. Booking with Agoda is always good experience, in app or not. But this app is making things even more convenient with just a few tap!

More clarity with Room descriptions. Uncertain it is with Windows or not, for some cases.

Wished some of the hotels would posted more photos of the rooms offered so we know what we're paying for.
