Was a functional app (4 stars), but hasn't worked for about six months, always reports 'could not contact server', seems like it's been abandoned

I have used this app previous but it was failing to update prices so decided to uninstall and reinstall only now I can't get any stations on my outlets despite selecting them and adding. This needs fixing before I will reuse it

Dropped it a star ... the app just doesn't start up anymore it goes into the start screen but it's totally blank no outlets appear!
